This was on display in front of me, and for a solid minute, I couldn't think straight. It's like my mind has stopped working, and I was just looking into the void. If not for the steps that I hear coming toward me, I will be staying like that all day.

Now I can see who these footsteps belong to. "Hi there, son, how're you all doing?"

I see the big tan face of my father. I think he heard the sound I made when this window caught me off guard, so to say "yes, I'm good," I need to too.

 (giggle...giggle)

"Oh, so you're just playing, huh? Good. Have a goodnight, my son." He just smiled, and he went back to the bed after saying that.

Focusing back to the tab in front of me, this seems familiar.

{ I think I recognize this, yeah... Ah, that's right, it was the display window that appears in video games when you create or have a character, but why is this here in front of me? I mean, I know I'm not in a video game, right? .....right? No, no, I know it}

{There has to be another reason for this. Hmm. Wait, could maybe this be a golden finger? Like in those novels, hmm, how do I know this? Yeah, I think I was a reader, but not just novels, comics, manga, anything that could keep my mind busy, but why?

{If this is my golden finger, then I need to know what it does, so let's see... name, that's ok, class, it said choose, but how do I choose it?}

A new window appeared in front of me the moment I thought that.

[Generating Initial Classes...Complete]

[Common Classes]                                                                                                                               [Fighter]

[Wizard]

[Archer]

So these are my options, huh hmm... it says common, so is there a class tier system? Maybe I don't know yet}

{Next is to pick one. Let's see Fighter, I guess physical damage? Then Wizard is magic, and Archer is long distant}

{ This is hard. I need to choose wisely; after all, this is not a game, so that means no respawns, right? Hmm...wait, this system reacts to my mind asking where to choose a class, so maybe it can react to this. Is there any tutorial or introduction?}

[Generating introductory information is complete.]

Welcome to the Yggdrasil System. With this system, you can wield the power that you want; after all, we are proud of our freedom to build your own character in any way, shape, or form you want. There are certain tips that you need to learn first.

First point: choose your initial class; this will be your based class. Once you leveled it up to the maximum capacity, you will be presented with a choice: keep leveling up an advanced version of that class and increase his tier, or choose another initial class.

You will ask yourself, Well, are there any benefits for me to choose another initial class?

And the answer is yes, there is, because the system has what we proudly call Class Fusion (CF for short).

It's the ability to take two or more classes and fuse them together to create a new, more powerful one. This class will always be a rare one, but some of them can become mythical.

Of course it's a gamble, so it's not always what you want, but there are many combinations, so try it and have some fun.

Second Point: The method of leveling is simple; you will acquire experience points (exp for short) for doing quests and completing dungeons.

To enter a dungeon, you first need to purchase a dungeon key in the shop. Once you complete this, you will receive rewards such as exp, equipment, and a small chance to receive a special skill, but the key to open the dungeon will disappear, so you will need to buy another one.

As for daily, weekly, and random quests, those will provide you with exp and system coins, which can be used to buy consumables, equipment, and artifacts.

Each time you level up, you will receive four attribute points that can be used to enhance each aspect of yourself.

Third point: let's talk about skills. Once you choose a class or CF, you can only pick 3 skills from the list available, but don't worry, there are many classes to pick from, and there's also the special skills that can be obtained in the dungeons.

Now some of the skills will have long cooldowns depending on the ability they provide; for example, the skill (Resurrection) has a cooldown time of 1 week (real time), so be wise of where and when you use your skills.

Fourth point: the equipment that you purchased or obtained will always be a set of head, body, gauntlets, pants, and shoes. They have three tiers of quality: common, rare, and unique. Each tier provides different effects.

As for artifacts, these are the most powerful pieces of equipment you will own.

They also have three tiers of quality: legendary, mythical, and multidimensional; for that reason, they have a limited number of uses before they break.

[Fifth point: once you reach level 15 with any class, you can choose a job.]

These are professions that will help you to build your character more in depth, and some will provide you with materials, potions, and equipment, so choose wisely for these required more experience to level up.

[Sixth point: and last is the shop; this one will provide you with an infinite amount of resources, equipment, and artifacts as long as you have the funds to purchase them.]

[Thanks for choosing the Yggdrasil system; we hope you have fun playing.]

Well, this is a lot to take in, and I probably will need a few days to process this, but one thing is for sure: I can become stronger, and this will help me to protect myself, my family, and even the world from the future disasters that will come to us, and I will be ready.
