Dc : My only wish is to be Satoru Gojo

I'm dead.

Now, you may be wondering how I died. It was simple. My psychotic ex found me in bed and shot me multiple times. No words were exchanged; it was just pure malicious intent.

What was I doing in bed? Simple. I was reading my idol, Gojo, bodying Fraudkuna in chapter 229 of the *Jujutsu Kaisen* manga.

My life wasn't anything extraordinary. I found it at 19. I was average in everything but looks. I was handsome, but not head-turningly so; I was just passable.

"Shit, this sucks..." I mutter as I walk through an endless void of black.

"Hello, is anyone there!?"

My voice echoes back at me, but no one responds. That scares me a bit, but I bite back my fear. I've never been the type to panic, even when my parents died.

Sighing in disappointment as silence surrounds me, I sit down and spot a shining light in the distance. A wave of hope rushes through me, and I leap to my feet, running full speed towards it.

Despite my efforts, the light doesn't seem to get closer, and I feel fear building in my gut.

"WAIT, PLEASE STOP!" I yell desperately to the retreating light, my voice laced with urgency.

The light halts. Then it zooms towards me. I yelp and fall on my ass as it impacts my gut. Immediately, a voice speaks in my head.

*What is your greatest desire?* The voice is robotic and devoid of emotion.

"Huh?" I question, still confused. Things have escalated too quickly for me to comprehend.

*What. Is. Your. Greatest. Desire.* The voice grows more forceful, sending shivers down my spine.

"Uhhh, can you make me... Satoru Gojo?" My voice trembles with hope, and I pray silently as the light in my gut glows.

*That is doable. If I make you Satoru Gojo, you will have to give me something of equal worth.* The light hums after each word, leaving no room for argument.

"Dude, I have nothing to give you that can even out what you can give me!" Frustration bubbles up as the light glows brighter.

*Oh, but you do... you see, I have no home. You will make for the perfect host. Together, we can be partners. I just have one request.* The robotic voice disappears, replaced by an excited tone.

"What's the request?" I ask without hesitation, hoping it isn't something outrageous.

*Simple. Host. We will become the strongest possible. You will train until no one can challenge you. Until we are at the very peak of existence. Is that a deal?*

"That doesn't sound so bad, actually. I want to be Satoru Gojo so I can become the strongest anyway." I scratch the back of my head as the light hums in understanding.

*Very well. You shall be born on Earth 16 of the DC universe. Your birth date shall be December 7th, 2001. You will have the Six Eyes and Limitless at birth, just like Satoru Gojo, along with a vast amount of cursed energy as you will be the only cursed energy user in this continuity.*

"Ooo, can you make me look like Gojo?" I ask (beg), and the light glows a bit in annoyance.

*Very well. You shall be identical to Satoru Gojo. But you will have to train his abilities from scratch to be acknowledged by the higher beings in this universe.*

"Yesssss! Also, I have no knowledge of DC as a whole. I prefer Marvel. Can you give me a quick rundown of what universe I will be in?" I scratch my chin, confused. I know about DC heroes, but I've never consumed any of the TV shows or comics.

I just never felt interested in DC. I only read Marvel comics for Spider-Man, and that may now be an issue since my birth universe will be DC.

*All I can tell you is that you will be 14 during the start of this universe's main events. That's more than enough time to become literally untouchable to everyone, but gods, with the Limitless technique.*

That reminds me. I can't just slack off because I have Infinity. So what if my enemies can't harm me? If I can't touch them, they can just stall until I get tired. If DC is anything like Marvel, there will be multiple beings too durable or fast for me to harm if I don't train properly.

"Fwoooo. Fine, I'm ready. Let's get this show on the road." I slap my cheeks as the light glows so brightly that my vision is overwhelmed by pure light.

"Push, my lady! We see the head!" a voice urges as I feel my head slip through the tight passage.

The first thing I notice is the screaming of pure agony and the foreign voices.

After a grueling couple of hours, I'm finally out of that hellish hole. The first thing I do is scream my lungs out.

Can you blame me? I just spent hours being shoved through a tight space. And immediately, I get my ass slapped.

"Give me my son!" I hear another voice speaking in that foreign language. But I recognize the exhaustion in the voice.

I'm passed into the arms of a white-haired woman. Her eyes are dark grey, and her face is covered in tears and snot. The first thing I notice is her appearance; her face resembles that of some ancient beauty.

"Your eyes... they are so beautiful." Her voice is raspy, but I have a gut feeling she is completing me.

I halt my whining just to stare at her. The clarity of my vision is insane for that of a newborn—like 8K ultra HD. I see a myriad of colors that shouldn't be visible.

Looking left and right, I notice at least 20 men hidden in the shadows. Each man wears the same dark grey clothing akin to that of a ninja. They watch over me and my new mother with vigilance.

"Let me see my grandson, fools," I hear another voice speaking in what I now decipher as Japanese as a large, burly man barges through. His hair is dark brown, and his eyes are piercing yellow.

"Aika... my daughter. I told you that the burden of birthing a child was great. Yet you still went through with it. Especially knowing who the child's father is. Do you know what this can spell?"

The man's voice is grim, and the ninjas in the room tense at the old man's tone before relaxing.

"My baby's father isn't a great man. I acknowledge that. But do you think he will let harm come to his son? Despite his absence, there is no doubt he is aware of his son's birth; I have personally ensured that."

At my mother's words, I shift my eyes to the right. The ninjas in the room fail to detect this man, who the Six Eyes tell me is the biggest threat by far. In the corner of the room is a man in armor. His suit is black and orange. He has a lithe, athletic frame and a ponytail of white hair falling down his back. His masked face seems trained on me.

At that moment, we make eye contact, and the singular eye hole in his mask widens. I stare like an idiot as he stares at me for a while.

"What will you name the boy, my daughter?" The old man's voice is curious as I begin to decipher some words.

'Busuu for the win! He's asking for my name.' I silently thank the app that taught me Japanese. I wouldn't say I'm fluent, but I can recognize the majority of keywords in a sentence.

"His name shall be Satoru Wilson Gojo. He shall inherit his father's last name as his middle name. He mustn't know of who his father is before he reaches maturity. I want him to live a peaceful life." Her voice begins to fade as a wave of exhaustion overtakes me.

The man in the far right nods at my mother's words before leaping out of the window. Not before taking a lasting glance at me. That's the last thing I see as I fall asleep on the spot.
