Kiyah Kol, an unstable 16 year old girl, wakes up in the DC universe as Kira Chen. Another unstable teenager. In this new world she has a powerful weapon, the death note and a few other surprise. She begins to fight her way to the top of Gotham’s crime circle in hopes of one day being Queen of the city.
