3 Enter Sentinel
Whilst I was supposed to be an interim hero there wasn't much for me to do, which is a good thing I guess but I really feel like I haven't been doing much. Classes were relatively boring too considering the system could simply help me with all these questions and I also had a higher mental capacity so remembering all this wasn't hard.
I have made a few friends in the short week I've been here like Sam, Tina and Trevor. Sam and Trevor were childhood friends and moved from the shithole known as Gotham to Fawcett City for university. Trevor was an outgoing guy with shoulder-length auburn hair. He had blue eyes and a sharp jawline and was 178cm tall, a quite good-looking guy. Sam was a typical goth girl, she dressed in large boots and had black hair, she had a chubby round face which completely contrasted the dark outliner on her eyes. Her dress style didn't match her personality whatsoever as she was one of the sweetest people here.
Tina on the other hand was one of the harder people to become friends with as she mostly kept to herself. Tina had dark brown dreads, she stood on the shorter sides of things at 160 cm tall being just shorter than Sam who was 166 cm tall. Tina had an alluring face and was probably one of the most attractive people I've seen, not as attractive as Diana but she was quite close. Her chocolate brown skin complemented her hazel eyes.
The four of us had decided to get a drink after our classes, to loosen up for the weekend. We were gonna be drinking at a place called "Joe's Beerhouse". Joe's beerhouse had quite a rustic feeling to it as the interior had that wild west saloon decor minus the tiny doors at the entrance. We got a table for 4 and started drinking. As we sat down Trevor started up a conversation.
"So, Kim, you're from South Korea, right? What's it like there, I haven't heard much about it"
"Now that Trevor mentions it you're the 1st person from South Korea that I've ever met, how about you Tina?" Sam added
"I've met a few." Tina shortly said.
Tina always kept her sentences short most of the time but we've gotten used to it. Our food and drinks finally arrived after 20 minutes of talking.
"Finally, I'm famished," Trevor said
"When'd you learn such a big word like Famished Trevor" Sam joked
"Haha, real funny Sam" Trevor said as he rolled his eyes.
[I've got news for you, the bank 2 kilometres south from here has just been robbed. A great way to make your debut as a hero don't you think?]
Finally, some action. But how am I gonna leave here? Guess I'll just act like I forgot something.
'Ah, shit guys. I think I left my phone on campus. I'm gonna head there quickly and make my way back." I said as I scratched the back of my head.
"You need us to come with," Trevor asked.
"Nah, it's cool. Enjoy the food guys, I'll be back in a bit" I said as I got up from my seat.
Right, all I need to do now is find somewhere to get changed and take care of the situation before they get away. Running through I finally found an alley and materialised my suit.
"Activate Skill -Body Enhancement Stage 1- "
[Skill activated]
As soon as my skill activated a flash of blue light lit up the surrounding area causing people to look in the alley. Lifting off the ground I Started flying above the buildings and made my way to the scene.

"HAHAHAHAHA Boss, I can't believe we actually got away with it" A man in a ski mask said.
"What'd I tell ya Bobby, We gots this easy" The getaway driver said
"Quicks in an' out, no need f'r the popo to get involved" he added as he looked back and flashed a smile to Bobby
"Hey pay attention to the road man, no point in it all if we crash now"
*Wee Woo Wee Woo*
"Shit, seems like the cops finally got word of what we're doing" Bobby said
"No worries Bobby, w're too far gone for those suckers now"

[They are southbound at speeds of 100 mph, currently 1 km away. We should catch up in less then a second. It seems like they are planning to leave the city now]
"Thanks, good job system"

As I caught up to the car I slowed down to match their speed. The police finally started chasing them though they are a good bit behind. Whilst they aren't really in the city centre they're still in a pretty dense area and with the speeds, their going at something bad is bound to happen.
Right, now how will I stop the car? I can't just stop in front of them whilst they're going at these speeds cause they'll probably die, and the wreck might just endanger the citizens.
"Hey, system got any ideas on how we can stop them?"
[I suggest getting on top of the car and taking the roof off, from there you can easily take out both of them]
"And how will I slow the car down?"

"Damn shitty system"
But it's the best bet I have right now. Flying down I manage to softly land on the roof with a soft *thud*. Prying my fingers into the roof I peel it open until it reaches the rear windshield. The two bank robbers look at me with confusion until the one driving shouts.
"What ya doing Bobby, shout the damn hero wannabe"
"Y-y-yes boss"
He picks up the AR next to him and starts unloading the clip. Shit, shit, shit, I can't believe I'll die without seeing my mother again... or not. The bullets simply bounced off my skin. I don't know why I thought they'd be able to damage me after even the monster in the awakening area couldn't hurt me. Seeing as the bullets didn't work the man resorted to hitting me with the gun itself which obviously didn't work as my body deformed the gun.
"I think we can all see where this is going, so why don't you pull over and we can end this peacefully," I told them
The driver started panicking more seeing as I wasn't dead yet and started swerving which almost made me lose balance.
"HEY STOP, YOU'RE GONNA HURT SOMEONE WITH THAT DRIVING," I shouted.
The driver continued with his reckless driving as what I had finally said had come to pass. Looking to the right I see we're about to collide with a Suv. The child in the backseat looked on in horror as the speeding car was about her crash into theirs. The world around me slowed down as my brain went into overdrive. What can I do to save those people?
All right, it's too late to care about the people in this car. Civilians take priority. Planning my course of action I jump off the car and land in front of it holding my arms in front of me. As the car touches my hands grip the hood. This causes the car to flip due to the sudden grip but as I was holding it, it didn't go flying off. The same couldn't be said about those thieves though, their bodies had flown through the gap I made in the roof. Their bodies were about 10 feet in the air. Putting the car down I jump and grab both of them and float down whilst holding them both in my arms.
Phew, crises averted. As I touch the ground the police arrive and set up a roadblock. I wonder why they're doing that though? I already took care of the criminals and stopped the car.
As the cops approached they took their guns and steadily approached me.
"STATE YOUR NAME AND PURPOSE" One of them shouted.
"I'm a new hero and I've just stopped these bank robbers as you can see. Do you mind cuffing them up, I've kinda got some uhh hero business. Yes, that's it, I've got hero business to do" I replied.
Looking around at each other the cops finally put their guns down and approached me as I put the criminals down and they cuffed them up.
"Sorry about the aggressive approach there kid, with all these superpowered villains going around we can never be too sure. Thanks for the assistance Mr?"
A hero name huh, I haven't really thought of one yet. I guess since I was assigned her I can be called something like Sentry huh, but I've got a feeling that name would get me into some sort of cross-dimensional lawsuit... Hmmm, I guess that name could work.
After a few seconds of silence, I finally answered him.
"Sentinel, you can call me Sentinal".
