Fire Extinguisher !
As Judo walked through the city, he walked with his head down and eyes shaded as all he had to wear was his underwear and a tattered cloak. He didn't want to be interacted with as he was in a terrible mood and he figured since this world is a simulation made by the Grand Priest then he'll just train to destroy.
As Judo walked on the sidewalk looking for a good place to camp and train. A few men who were up his path snickered as Judo came closer. When Judo crossed their path they threw coins at his feet laughing even harder.
"Pick it up chu-" before he could say chump, Judo shoved his foot in his mouth with a high sidekick taking him off his feet and slamming his head against the wall. The two men both went to attack together, one with a crowbar and the other whose hand turned into a hammer.
Judo stood there and let the two idiots hit each other as their attacks went through him and knocked each other out. Judo proceeded to loot them for their stuff, including clothes. This caused the attention of the citizens who had got the authorities involved.
Judo who didn't pay attention and didn't care kept walking until a police car hit the corner extremely sharp and stopped with two officers jumping out and pointing guns at Judo.
"You dare point a mere gun at me?" Judo said arrogantly and face palming but smiling. He dashed towards the police vehicle and they immediately started firing shots but they seemed to all miss. Judo spartan kicked the car the hid behind and it flew miles away taking both the officers with it and doing devastating damage.
By the everything had already been recorded and pro heroes started getting involved. The number 2 pro hero, Endeavor was the first to action as he had landed down behind Judo who causes destruction.
"Young man, just because your having a bad day doesn't mean you can use your quirk to throw a tantrum." He said mocking Judo. Endeavor started walking up to him underestimating his strength because he was a child but Judo with no fear or hesitation rushed him ready to attack.
Endeavor threw a small fireball to stop him but the fireball went threw him surprising endeavor.
'So his quirk allows him to make himself intangible. I hope this doesn't become annoying and all might steals my spotlight' he thought to himself.
Getting more serious, Endeavor got in a defensive position. He blocked Judo's punch but almost croaked at the force behind it. The punch made him back away as he yelled "Damn!" Endeavor looked at that Kid with shock. That punch alone broke his arm!
"I WILL NOT BE DEFEATED BY A CHILD!" Endeavor said roaring up his flames. He flew away from Judo quickly but flew back his direction even quicker and his hand coated in flames.
"I don't have time to play with you...limit switch" Judo said switching his limit off. He showed no sign of change but he looked Endeavor directly in the eyes as he approached him throwing Endeavor off a little. As soon as he got in Judo's arm length range, Judo slapped Endeavor before he could even finish his attack and Endeavor flew threw hundreds of building crashing 4 cities away from where he was.
Judo swiped his hand through his hair as he looked at all the citizens taking pictures and videos. He quickly ran away back to the forest before any other annoying heroes could arrive. Judo couldn't understand why the priest would simulate MHA but it is what it is.
As he ran in the woods, his path was blocked off by blue fire making him stop in his tracks and annoying him a little.
'I swear I'm gonna destroy that mans entire bloodline' he thought to himself already knowing the league of villains are up to something evil as usual but maybe he could use them to have somewhere to stay and train.
"If you do not approach me respectfully from this moment all of you will die" Judo said while also giving himsel the hardest facepalm in his head.
'My ego just has to be so high :/'
