Planet Yardrat

Planet Yardrat, home to the yardratians, a race well known for its peaceful nature and mastery over spirit control. Just like namekians, there are two types of yardratians, the first type has pink skin with large heads, pointed ears, bulbous eyes, and two whiskers like appendages on the side of their head. While the second type has a skin tone that varies, with a shorter physique, a lack of ears, a rounder head, and smaller eyes. After a boring month of travel, Tamo was finally able to reach his destination where he was warmly welcomed as if they were expecting him. Not that it was anything surprising to him as he could remember from his memories that one of the yardratian Elder seen to have the ability to perceive events both around him and from far away like how he was able to know vegeta is reason for coming to him even before he met him.

After they were done welcoming him, Tamo was sent to the same elder known as Elder Pybarat who will be the one to teach him about spirit control. Unlike the other yardratians he has seen so far, Elder Pybarat had a light blue skin color with two whiskers along with two pointed tips on top of his head. His body is also very large compared to the others which should be the result of a gigantification skill.

"Hello Elder Pybarat, my name is Tamo and I'm here to learn the yardriatians way of spirit control. But I'm sure with your ability you're already aware of that." Calmly stated Tamo.

"Haha, indeed, I'm mostly aware of the events happening in the universe, but you my child are not one of them. You're still a mystery even to me, as I was only able to learn about you after you landed on our Planet." Said Pybarat with a mysterious smile before continuing, "Anyways, I won't ask for any explanation. From what I was able to see from your existence, it will only benefit our universe so I'll gladly teach you about spirit control."

"Thank you Elder Pybarat. When can we start?" asked Tamo.

"hmm, since you don't know have any prior Knowledge of spirit control we'll have to start from the basics. Why don't you go rest, for now, will start tomorrow." Said Pybarat while looking at the yardratian standing next to the door before asking him to lead me to a free room.

So Tamo was led to a room where he was immediately greeted with a vast array of tasty-looking dishes. Not wasting much time, he started wolfing the food down right after the guard went away. Not long later, everything from the previous meal completely vanished with only some white bones lying around while Tamo was sprawled on the bed with a bloated stomach and a satisfying smile on his face.

'Oh God, this is a great meal, I can't believe that I have only been living on cooked meat and fish for so many years. I really need to go to Earth, get rich and live the life of a young master.' silently thought Tamo.

Leaving that for the future, he decided to focus on the present matters which is learning spirit control. To make sure that he is in his best condition tomorrow he decided to rest early and let the land of dreams take over his mind.

The next morning, Tamo woke up full of energy. After freshening up, he went to look for Elder Pybarat to start his training. Not long after, Tamo found him near a field that look like a training area. Greetings each other, Pybarat didn't waste any time before his lessons.

Spirit control is an advanced ki manipulation technique. It is the first requirement for using skills like instant transmission and forced spirit fission. Having a good spirit control will also increase the range of Ki Sense and allow better control of energy.

Tamo spent 3 months on this step alone. Most of that time he was mediating to control his spirit or learning how to apply it with ki from Elder Pybarat. After reaching a decent enough level, they finally moved towards the skills.

The first one was Instant Transmission, an ability that allows traveling long distances instantly. This one came pretty easily to Tamo mostly due to his high Ki sense and control with the former reaching the [SSS] rank after learning spirit control. It only took him 1 month to have mastery over the technique.

The second skill he decided to learn is Forced Spirit Fission. It allows the user to separate and manipulate energy from their target which makes them able to undo skills like fusion or absorption. As an advanced spirit control ability, it was the hardest for Tamo to learn, taking 4 months before he was able to use it with proficiency. Without realizing it, he already spent 8 months on Yardrat. But he wasn't in any hurry to leave.

For the next 4 months, Tamo learned cloning and healing, two abilities that were achievable through both spirit control and magic. Using the opportunity, he trained his magic by creating all sorts of things and making his clothes weighed to help with his training. If he's not training his magic or spirit control then it is his ki-related abilities. Just like that, he went into a boring daily routine, and in a flash, it was already January of age 746.

Right now Tamo was standing next to his space ball wearing the iconic Yardrat clothes with many yardratians coming to send him off. After waving at them with a smile, he got inside his pod and took off for another boring space trip.

'Finally, after so many years, it's time for me to go to Earth and meet the protagonists of this world. System show me my status.'
