Day 25 Escape
Soldiers Panting... Breathing heavily...
They got escape from the Sans Serif terrorists an hour before the Arland Soldiers attacked the Sans Serif. Luckily he was saved by one of the Staff Sergeant and the others. They had to pass through the secret tunnel of the camp and it will lead them at the woods place, a forest. He endures the pain and wounds he got from the torture, punches, and shots. He feels that he loses too much blood and his vision gets darkened. He could no longer take a single step, he rests for a while titled his head on the tree.
Sergeant Herrera panting...
"Go on... Move.... Save yourself, I will be okay here." he said to the other soldiers.
"No, Sergeant we won't leave you here. We are here, we can make it... Common..."
"That's an order, leave and save yourself."
"Fuc**, this time I won't take orders from you" Staff Sergeant said to him.
He suddenly lift and carried him when they move and walks away from the forest.
"I owe my life to you buddy."
"Ohh...he just chuckle and keeps walking together with the other finding way out to the forest.
They are lucky that they are able to get firearms from the terrorists they had their weapons to fight back if ever they encounter the terrorists. Since that night they walk, they had to spend the whole night in the forest. On the way down of the forest, they found a lake, they stop and rest for a while they bath and washed the wounds of Sergeant Herrera and put a bandage on his head and on his legs, they drink from the running water and fill their water container.
The sun is brightly shinning and they are still walking, he also feels that he is weakening he wants to close his eyes and sleep. The Staff Sergeant who carried him keep on talking for him not to fall asleep.
"Wake up, Sergeant we are on our way, I see the opening, a moment later we are in the highway."
"hmm.. Yeah I saw it too...."
Both panting and breathing heavily they run fast when they saw the way out and the highway.
They loaded their firearms for the possible attacks.

They cheer and laughs at the moment they reach the highway.
" Sergeant we're here"... Staff Sergeant laughs when he is talking to Sergeant Herrera, but, he falls asleep and never wake up.
He dropped down Sergeant from his lift, The Sergeant was deeply asleep, they tried to wake him up but no response coming from him. Officer Slagle who is a military doctor check his pulse rate and eyelids.
"He still alive, we need to do the first before it's too late". with worried in his face.
They heard a car engine coming they lift again the Sergeant and hides from the tress.
Staff Sergeant Burch radio the Southern Arland camp asking for help to take them away to that place, requesting a military chopper or either a military truck.
"Alpha base... This is Staff Sergeant Burch requesting for back up... Alpha base common... Over...
" This is Alpha base.... Do you copy? What's your position?
"South West Como forest... Over..."
"Copy... How many of you? Over.."
"Ten, we are all okay, one wounded and lost consciousness we need medic... Over.."
"Copy, Staff Sergeant the chopper will be on that moment.. Over.."
The car gets closer to the place where they are hiding they loaded their firearms and get ready for the possible attack it could be the terrorists and if not they will be lucky and they will be having a chance to ask for help.
Men talking in distant... Breaks pull.. Tire scratching
The car engine suddenly stops and the noise of men chattering a while ago faded. The place gets quiet, from here they are hiding they can see a group of men are getting off on the truck. They aimed their firearms and observing what happen next, if those men moves closer from where they are hiding.
Officer Blake gets telescoped to look and see more closer whose are those men gets off from the truck.
The truck cannot recognize even more, there was a bump on the headlights, the front window mirror has a crack, the head of the truck is slightly burnt. He turns his gaze to the men who are in that truck and he was getting surprised and smile when he recognize who are in the truck.
"We are saved Staff Sergeant,." she smiles as he said to Sergeant Burch, he gave the telescope to see what he sees from the distant.
Staff Sergeant look at the telescope to see what officer Blake saw.
"Oh men, we are lucky today."
Staff Sergeant Burch came out hiding to let him see them he lifts up his firearm and waving. The men from distant notice him and take a closer look on their telescope.
He waves back to Staff Sergeant Burch, he command to lower the weapons.
The truck engine starts to move closer to them, the others gets walked on their way. The other soldier came out hiding and lift Sergeant Herrera, they shake hands as they reach the other. The medic team was in a hurry to put an aide to Sergeant Herrera, they hurry to put him in a stretcher.
"I'm Staff Sergeant Burch, and nine of us are good aside from Sergeant Herrera".
"We're glad, you are all safe."
The helicopter arrived, the one that they called back up a while ago come on their place, it goes down a little to let Sergeant Herrera take them.
Staff Sergeant Burch gets in the truck together with the other, they were heading back to the Southern Arland camp.
They notice that the mission is getting successful, there are trucks behind them that are loaded with some terrorists and yet it's not fully accomplished the leader Abubakar Salem Ale gets escape from military Assault.
