Suddenly, footsteps approached from outside the cave. Clara hurriedly covered Dani with a hide blanket, and the raised tail obediently settled down.

"Clara! I fetched some water. Do you think Dani will die? If she dies, I won't have a good end either," Aunt Emily anxiously asked.

"Aunt Emily, quickly help wipe Dani's body to cool her down. I'll brew ginger tea for her to drink." Clara snapped out of her shock, but she was still in a state of disbelief. Would Aunt Emily be attacked while helping Dani wipe her body?

She tried to stop it urgently, but her actions were slow. Aunt Emily had already wiped Dani, fortunately without any attack from the tail. Was it because Dani subconsciously recognized Aunt Emily's scent?
