Just as the two of them lie down, Mateo starts off calm, but soon becomes restless. His hands start wandering under her clothes. After sleeping together for a while, Clara has become accustomed to Mateo occasionally touching her. Initially, she felt embarrassed and dodged a few times, but as it happened more frequently and she realized Mateo was just innocently touching, she let it be. However, today feels different. She pushes Mateo away all of a sudden, wraps herself in the blanket, and says with closed eyes, "Go to sleep quickly."
The next day, the weather clears up. Mateo's mouth has developed blisters, and he didn't sleep well last night. Clara examines the blisters around his mouth; it seems like he might be getting a fever.
"Cla! What should I do? I couldn't sleep last night, felt hot all over, and this morning, my mouth is swollen."
