30 Chapter 29: Wendy Meets Soo Ae
Wendy enters her house....Mr Bang Si Hyuk, her father is waiting in the living.
She goes and hug him.
Wendy: Why aren't you here last week when I visit here...
Bang Si Hyuk: I'm busy dear!!
Wendy: Well..you call for me now.!
Bang Si Hyuk: I miss you..my daughter!
But Wendy looks at him as there must be something more.
Bang Si Hyuk: Are you happy with Jung family!
Wendy nods.
"Yes, I am Daddy!!"
Bang Si Hyuk: Is he ok?...I mean Hoseok!
The name makes Wendy blushes a little.
Bang Si Hyuk looks at his daughter and understands.
Bang Si Hyuk: I hope you are happy....but if there is anything ... something that makes you uncomfortable or unhappy... please tell me!
By that, Wendy is thinking seriously.
She is hesitated at first but then she tells her father everything about her encounterment with drug and her suspension of Ms Wang which makes Bang Si Hyuk to think. Is it one of enemies rather than his daughter? And he is quite right..that makes him worries even more about Wendy.

Ms Wang is intelligent enough to not to make appearance at her target enemies. She can figure out they are looking for her (with the help of her niece too)...but she can't continue living like this and soon she knows they will find out where she is...she will need to fulfill her target before everyone finds out about her.
And she looks out of the window.. to the waves of the sea... think about the time endlessness of time she has to wait for the right time for her take her action. Sometimes she hates herself that she waits this much long.

At the same time, Wendy is with her father. Joy is at the department store encountering Lee Min Hong and Jimin... with those ladies too... whom she doesn't know except the one that comes with Lee Min Hong.
Lee Min Hong notices Joy first.
"Hi Miss Joy, it's nice to meet you here again after work!" he says.
"It's nice to see you and others....!" Joy replies.
Jimin seems to be both happy and bothered by the encouragement, but the girl who comes
with him says...
"It's really nice sister Park here....and nice to meet with! She mentions the lady coming with Lee Min Hong.
She greets both Lee Min Hong and Joy.
She seems to be a cheerful girl...she especially flatter Joy by saying.."I am so happy to meet you after all ....Miss...I have always been wanting...I am a fan you know... you are so gorgeous in all those job with Jimin Oppa family brand..."
Joy later learns that the girl is Miss Chae Moon Young, a daughter of Jimin's parents friends and she is supposed to become Jimin's fiance soon. That somehow makes Joy very sad.
Jimin doesn't say anything much that encounterment. They parts a brief meeting.
And before Joy leave the department .... she can see Lee Min Hong and the lady he comes with are having serious discussion just outside the department store building. With curiosity, Joy comes near to them...but not let them see she is listening to them in her hideout corner... they are on long bench in front of the department store building....
Lee Min Hong: I think we should stop going out together like this...
Mrs Park: Why! (Her voice is trembling)
Lee Min Hong: Everything is wrong with it.
Mrs Park: Why! We are just friends that can share!...I'm with you even before I married!
Lee Min Hong smirks.
Lee Min Hong: Yea...you maybe right...!! But I'm getting bored!
Mrs Park: Is it because of that lady... Wendy, Mrs Jung!..You seems to like her a lot. Is it because you are in love now!!
Lee Min Hong: Yes, I like Ms Wendy a lot. But in love?.... maybe not...
Then he looks at Mrs Park and says ." But I am jealous of Mr Jung Hoseok. "
There is silent... And Lee Min Hong speak up again. ..
" Anyway... like I said I'm bored ...I might be going back to Hong Kong or America for awhile...let us finished up here.... your husband seems to be fond of you...and you already chose him ... maybe without me...you can take care of him better...so when we meet again we can be like real friends once again!!"
Mrs Park: You are going away!!
Lee Min Hong: Soon!!
And he leaves.
A tear falls down from Mrs Park's eyes.
Joy hears everything.

Lee Min Hong is driving back to home. He is thinking back about Yoona, Hoseok's sister comes to meet him at work at noon that .. Wendy and Joy didn't notice. She just comes to say to stay away from Wendy...but her speech makes him think about it...
Yoona: My husband said how much you were upright and bright young man when you and he were in college... even brighter than him then you got married .You valued your family life.. And it was broken...(at that Lee Min Hong has acted as he didn't want to listen anymore but Yoona continues)...I just wondered why the thing that broken your marriage...Hmm ..you were doing it..
Lee Min Hong replied: Don't worry madam...I will not take Wendy away from Hoseok although I know the reason of their marriage.. But at least they are fond of one another....
Yoona looks at him...in surprise...but continue to say..
"Good then ....and I thank you for it...oh...I know that there are two types of people... Some they crave for life time company of life time partners that is also accepted officially ...want to grow bond and get mature together and become those who nuture their children..the bond and responsibilities that comes altogether. They value the mature bond they could grow with this family. The other type..umm maybe a more intelligent type! ( She smirked) well family bond is not so valuable to them. Life is curiosity for them..so is experience with a lot of different types...well they are intelligent human...they experienced a lot of different things as well as partners... Sometimes these two different types can meet....and disappointments and brokeness can happened....does that means one type has to follows the other...? Well, they can never be together...and actually one must consider which type best for him/her..."
Lee Min Hong just silently listen to her long speech...her voice was mocking one too.
But it makes Lee Min Hong thinks if he was really happy all these days, months and years... with women he had spent times with all those different ladies and married and singles..Was he even in love with any of them? Was he just using them to cover up his wounds..!! It seemed to be at least a short period of fun time for him .Umm..Lee Min Hong knew he wasn't a very good guy by social and wise people status...and he also feels himself long for someone ..who will stay with him forever and get old together like Yoona said. But he isn't dare enough to open up to anyone yet.... besides...will there be that someone?

The next morning, Wendy comes back to Jung Household...she decides she will stay home here for a whole day (take day off from the hotel work..)
Tae Suk drives her back. Before they enters to the household garden Wendy sees Soo Ae standing in front of the door to the household garden. Wendy tells Tae Suk to stop the car. She somehow knows by Soo Ae looks that Soo Ae wants to meet her.
Wendy gets off from the car.
Soo Ae: Hi. Hello . Ms.. um Jung Wendy!
Wendy: It's nice to meet you Soo Ae.. Good morning!
Soo Ae: Good morning. Can I have a little talk with you?
Wendy: Yes..why not.. let's go inside...!
Soo Ae: No no . I don't want to .umm.. please. it won't take long..!
Wendy: Ok let's just talk here then..
Of course, Soo Ae comes to talk about Hoseok.
"He seems to avoid me these days...I know Hoseok is a righteous man."
"Yes he was such a sweet boyfriend to me back then. He talked a lot about our future together and take care of me well. And I loved him!"
Wendy slips off "Why you left him?"
Soo Ae: " I was young then...and I want to meet a lot of people. My husband was then a very charming young man. I knew he was separated from him wife. I never thought about going out with him. I had an official boyfriend who had bright future and my family was so approved of him. But I supposed I couldn't resist my husband then and I ran off with him.! I couldn't go to Hoseok again after I have been with another man" Wendy realises that Soo Ae is crying and she hugs her.
