No one knew where this substance came from , why it came. But one thing the researchers became sure was that it remained dormant in Erath's core itself for maybe too long time , and 800 years ago , it urgently swept and assimilated itself with earth and all life forms on it .

The effect of Ether could be said to be legendary . Those who were special in thier life , thier speciality became thier gift .

Some with high IQ became far stronger than those supercomputers available during that time , Those who loved gardening could manipulate plants to thier will at certain threshold , those with high combat became stronger .

All kinds of unique and common gifts kept pouring out of humans.

No matter where , human resources are always indespensible in a civilisation . After the Ether assimilation , the metals and minerals itself mutated to something else but far more useful than previously decorative gemstones.

He could have had an easy life until he reached his end , but fate or he himself might have another plan .

The visions kept coming frequently and before long , they became forceful dreams as if someone was stuffing them in his mind. When he finally fell into coma , he knew what was happening to him , and the truth of his gift too.

'Eternal Youth ' , this was what he used to think his gift was , but 'Eternity ' , that was the true name of his gift .

As the name itself , he would live forever . The future self who sent his memories and life experience to him lived for 600,000 years approximately before finally sending back his memories.

The memories before the time he sent them back were cut off abruptly as if a film forcefully cut off in the middle.

He doesn't know and he had no way to know what happened to him at that time .

A person who could live until the universe lives is forced to send back his life , a risk he doesn't even know if it would succeed . Even a fool could tell how urgent and deadly the situation must be .

But one thing he was certain , an enemy that could force him to this point would never be an easy one.

A lush planet with obvious life on it . A large blue red and green planet and some other colors mixed that form a vibrant globe hung in the vast sea of stars.

A fleeting smile flashed in his tired and indifferent eyes for the first time in a very long time.
