1 Chapter one [reboot]
He woke up on a Thursday morning, brushed his teeth, took his bath, drank a cup of coffee with toast then took a bus to the campus.
Semi got down from the bus and noticed the whether looked a little cloudy,
"looks like its going to rain today, I should've brought an umbrella",
He was about to enter the class when a hand lands on his shoulder, he turned back to look at the person and noticed it's his friend Caleb,
Caleb look at Semi although his face was usually cold towards others, Caleb noticed it was a little gloomier usual,
"Hey man, what happened to you ?,
.....anyways never mind. What were you up to last night, you missed out on one heck of a party ", Caleb asked while they walked to class and took a seat,
Semi barely looking at him replied " you know I'm not a party person, he sighed" and his face looked even more glum. Glory and I broke up."
"What!!"......Caleb screamed so loud the entire class stopped and looked at our position, Semi hid himself by burying his face on the table and covering his face with his bag, glaring at Caleb with an annoyed tone he asked "did you have to shout so loud ?"
Sorry everyone,Caleb laughed sheepishly while apologizing. Everyone finally turned their attention away from our table, Caleb finally turned and faced me "tell me everything "
"It's nothing serious man forget about it okay" Caleb was about to say something but Semi's face said he wasn't speaking about it any more. Just then the teacher walked into the class with his materials, with the board already wiped, he started teaching.
Half way through the class Semi noticed Caleb dozing off
"I'm pretty sure he didn't get enough sleep, sigh, I'm sighing a lot recently too."
He looked out the window and noticed the clouds getting darker and it was getting dark outside like it's night time with a full moon illuminating everywhere,blinking his eyes whether what is seeing is real he saw flashes of blue and red lighting in the clouds..
"Okay that's freaky like really freaky, I'm pretty this isn't normal", it's still morning and it was bright some minutes ago.
The teacher teaching after noticing the anomaly's and students gathered by the windows taking pics and discussing,
Semi was feeling uneasy...he was getting a really bed feeling from those clouds and the lightening
Random dude no 1 : woah, the lightening looks so beautiful but it's kind of scary.
Random dude no 2 : fool why not touch it then or marry it? maybe it's some government experiment gone wrong something.
Random dude no 3: no way dude u watch too many movies, dudes you would never believe what I just saw,.... I saw a huge dragon in the clouds
Looking at the guy I shook my head although I've got an overactive imagination his imagination is beyond ridiculous, besides dragons don't exist.
With the noise and everything, Caleb woke up from his peaceful slumber and yawned while stretching his hands only for us to hear a ....
"Roooaaaaar".
Everyone felt a primordial feeling of fear and fell flat on the cold floor, it was the feeling of feeling of being in front of a predator, only a 100X worse as some people directly fainted while blood rushed out of their ears and mouth.
Semi fell on his knees while bleeding from his mouth and ears,
He tried with all his strength to look at Caleb who was on all fours bleeding,
"Why is this happening, what is
happening? " screams suddenly erupted from the classroom before he could enquire what happened he screamed, "Aaaarrrrggggghhh" he felt like his bones were being grounded then built back, he experienced the worst migraine ever only for the pain to disappear like a bad nightmare, but he knew it wasn't a dream
He was about to ask Caleb if he's alright only to hear

the entire sky brightened all of a sudden everywhere got so hot Suddenly everywhere started shaking only to stop,
«« I'm kidding, hahaha you should have seen the look on your faces, don't worry I'd still punish you all. All humans would participate in a very exciting game of survival and the remaining survivors would then get the chance to be transported to another world to continue living and you can get other exciting rewards along the way, I guess I'd get to see an interesting show. the rules of the contest would be announced shortly »»
For some reason all I felt towards that voice was anger. Caleb then snapped me out of my thoughts "you okay..?" He asked looking concerned
"yh I'm fine". Semi assured him
Random dude 1 "everyone heard that voice too right. or do you think its some kind of prank..??"
Random dude 2 "A prank of that level, I don't think so people aren't that jobless and wasteful, plus that fear is something we all experienced that can't be a prank, look some are still unconscious he pointed to some students on the floor who others are trying to wake up. But I'm just wondering what's going to happen next"
After he said that Semi finally took a good look at random dude 2 and remembered his name was Jaja also known as know it all, the dude was pretty knowledgeable only he was a big busy body.
People were finally waking up
After the last person woke up they heard another sound and a holographic screen popped up in front of all of them
DING: DA RULES
* After general preparation time and the 1st test all humans on earth would be transferred to a subsidiary world for the competition .
* For the sake of fairness and due to earths population immediately after reading this all humans would be subjected to a test to eliminate the weak and useless .
* All humans gain a random ability after the tests and a score points based on performance in the tests to buy things from the system for their survival.
* The holographic projection can be controlled with a thought,to bring it up huts say system status. System functions include a store and status page for details about ur being it can be viewed privately or shown to others on request
* Bonus points would be given for extra effort the system is fair and just group points distribution would be based on contributions and is regulated by the system
* Other rules : survive or die
After that the projection went off....
The silence that came after was eerie....
System sta..... Semi was about to check his status when
DING : Prepare for transport in 3,2,1
Transport complete
After a flash of white the class was found to be empty with not even a single soul in it , the campus too, that city the whole earth was finally free of the plague of humans.
