This is the story of a water princess, a young mermaid, one who must follow the rules and must in no way be in contact with humans, mortal beings and enemies to them. Nomali, the fourth daughter of the western waters, long, long ago when the underwater realm was awake, booming with flowers, would one day break the rules. She would anger her kind by coming in contact with the humans, those she should be wary of.
