18 Chapter 18: Dark Matter
~Yami POV~
Ahh!
I slept very great with the frog girl and made sure to absorb any sperm I dumped into her don't want to become a father too soon in my early life.
But as I was getting dressed, I looked at my darkness exactly and think of the possibilities of what it could do?
The fight with the Volcano Thieves made me realize that I can use negative mass as a weapon and I'm immune to its effects.
Now I come across my darkness once more to think it's truly the opposite of light from the way it absorbs everything…
Thinking back to it I wonder if I can use the power of dark matter?
Hmm…
Ok time to think here for a bit says that I can use or create, shape, and manipulate Dark Matter, a hypothetical type of matter distinct from baryonic matter (ordinary matter such as protons and neutrons), neutrinos, and dark energy.
The name refers to the fact that it does not emit or interact with electromagnetic radiation, such as light, and is thus invisible to the entire electromagnetic spectrum so in other words doesn't connect with the light because of the photons.
Although dark matter has not been directly observed, its existence and properties are inferred from its gravitational effects, and it is estimated to make up 84% of the universe's mass and 23% of its mass-energy or at least that is in theory.
The most widely accepted hypothesis on the form of dark matter is that it is composed of weakly interacting massive particles that interact only through gravity and weak force.
The dark matter hypothesis plays a central role in the current modeling of cosmic structure formation, galaxy formation, and evolution, and on explanations of the anisotropies observed in the cosmic microwave background (CMB).
But that is assuming that the rules of my old world apply to this one.
In some worlds as in some universes, Dark Matter is not preexisting in the form of the universe's mass, instead, they may be matter or energy of varying properties, depending on the manufacturing process, such as being outside the boundaries of the laws of physics, or granting abilities and even bodies.
Hell, there was one form of dark matter manipulation to be magic or a scientific bullshit use from other users.
But I'm not in a normal world, now am I?
No, I'm in an anime world where the rules of logic and reasoning are used by the plot or the rules to the world as they see fit.
In anime/manga Dark Matter has a broad range of powers, including Form Manipulation/Elemental Manipulation.
It isn't associated with space, but more with a 'Supernatural' form of matter normally associated with Dark Energy Manipulation, various forms of Magic, and Destructive Energy Manipulation.
It tends to have a corruptive effect on users, but I was already a dark person before, so it fits me.
But what I should focus on the fact is that quirks or my abilities in general fall under the supernatural category so it should be possible for me to use these abilities correct?
Since my abilities changed into a quirk, I should treat it as such.
Quirks are extensions of a person's bodily functions, as such, they can be trained and worn out.
When a person works out their muscles, the muscle fibers are destroyed and new, stronger ones grow back; this same rule applies to Quirks.
However, should a Quirk be overused, the user could suffer any of a variety of drawbacks, depending on the nature of the Quirk.
These drawbacks are usually simple ailments, such as dry skin or nausea; however, in some cases, the drawback can be much more severe.
Such as my case that overusing my quirk <Dark> made me lose stamina at a quicker pace as I used a lot of my darkness so I have a body limit as my darkness does as I want.
So, I just need to increase my stamina for longer uses of my abilities sounds simple enough to do as well as test out my abilities.
Now that I think about it, I should have the weak force ability as well since dark matter is involved with it to a degree.
Weak force…
I will have to see if I can use that power at a later time but first I have to know that I can use dark matter manipulation or dark energy in this world?
Glancing around my darkness I have to wonder do I also possess the ability to use the weak force because of my Yami Yami no Mi abilities?
Hmm…
It could explain a few things as to how the logia fruit power relates to gravity since even the Blackbeard guy says Darkness is gravity…
It swallows everything around it... even light itself can't escape!... Its power is infinite!
Maybe he isn't that far off than it originally means that even the Yami Yami no Mi uses a unique property of gravity as well…
Ok let's see if I can use dark matter as another ability of my quirk <Dark> but the question is how should I do it?
Maybe I should try to follow the example of Kakine Teitoku as an example of using his version of Dark Matter maybe I should replicate what he does or at least make some constructs made out of Dark Matter.
Dark Matter is his esper ability which allows him to create and control an unknown material that he uses to attack.
It should be noted that the term "Dark Matter" is not to be confused with the true "Dark Matter" which is among the components of the universe in addition, 'unknown matter' here does not mean matter that has not been discovered by humans but matter that did not exist until it was created by Kakine.
The material he creates defies the Laws of Physics, allowing him to produce 25,000 different types of energy.
He can use the substance and apparently shape it in any form he desires.
The most obvious use of this is the six angelic wings, which grants him the power to fly, blow powerful gusts of wind that is affected by Dark Matter, and have sunlight pass diffract upon it to form harmful rays of light since The Dark Matter can apparently also be invisible, hence the reason why he can apply an invisible pressure on Yomikawa Aiho without touching her.
When fighting Kinuhata Saiai, he is also able to utilize his ability to create a strange explosion which is able to instantly knock Saiai out that could be considered another form of energy of dark energy that I could use with my <Dark> quirk.
His ability also appears to grant him a form of super strength, something that can be considered as empowerment of using the dark matter to their own strength now that is something I do need to have.
Kakine displayed various other possibilities that his Dark Matter can create, such as creating an attack that completely slips past shields, armors, and clothes, and pierce human flesh, put an immense amount of pressure in a specific area, manipulating light and sound to telepathically enter into someone's mind, create an unexplainable attack that transforms a humans cells into the sand, and the power to create a specialized zone where various other unique phenomena happen due to being effected by his Dark Matter.
I'm not even sure I could be able to pull that off but…
Dark Matter constructs, emission, empowerment, explosive bombs, recreation of parts even organs, and creature creation using solely dark matter as the material like the Ajin from that show.
Ajin…
Theorized by Ogura to be the main cause of the Ajin's powers, all Ajin shown so far possess Invisible Black Matter which cannot be seen by normal humans that is something normal as well.
Since in the term of Black Matter its always been invisible to everything around it so it was no wonder why the humans can't see them unless they are the same creature to do it.
This matter is what allows the Ajin to replace any lost body tissues or nutrients, but there is a more lethal way in which it can be used created using the IBM, a Black Ghost is an entity which is manifested by an Ajin and most commonly used for combat purposes.
However, it should be noted that not all Ajin can materialize a Black Ghost.
There is also no known method of how an Ajin can properly materialize a Black Ghost although most of the characters in the series managed to manifest their Ghosts.
Dark Matter in anime uses is really a versatile use of powers and one of the most powerful forces that most materials in this world can't really break unless it's up against an absolute power or something to counter Dark Matter.
Finally getting dressed into proper clothing I got up as I see my darkness appear as I look at it and try it out, "Ok, let's see if you may have this ability? After all, you did have the negative mass one I might as well see if I can get the Dark Matter one from you if it's even possible that is."
Ok, let's try with something simple first how about a Dark Matter creation like say a sword for example let's see if I can simply think of it first.
Calming myself down I try to picture in my mind a simple sword using my darkness come on just think of a simple sword nothing too complex…

Wait I can feel a change in my darkness as I command it…

I can feel that my ability is changing or adapting to my thoughts as it seems to have for a word confused about what it wanted but tried anyway…
Opening my eyes I see that a swirl of darkness was forming from my hand as I see only the pure blackness of the form of the sword is shown here in front of me as I concentrate more towards it.
Concentrating on the blade I can see that my darkness is starting to transmute the materials it was to fit my image as I see the dark mist began to disintegrate but rearrange itself into an actual sword with purple and black coloring…

Now this here is some OP shit of using Black Matter but I also remember that Dark Matter is usually the cause for giving people superpowered abilities like the flash as it took the properties of the lighting to make Barry into the flash by changing his DNA in the process…
Wait…
Looking at my sword I quickly command it back to darkness as it began to deform and return to me as a thought has occurred to me as I see my darkness as I say to myself in wonder, "If the Dark Matter with properties of lighting gave flash a superpower by changing it to have the properties of lighting…?"
Then what is the true extent of my own powers?
Can I simply just create a quirk at random by combining the properties of other different things into it and hoping for the best they obtain that ability?
That is actually a scary thought or moreover is it possible I can reach my level of Dark Matter manipulation at the level of Kakine Teitou to make my own personal reality very unlikely but not impossible to me if I can even get that level of power.
*Sigh*
Releasing a sigh of my breath this is too much to think about for the time being for now though at least I can assure myself that I can use Dark Matter manipulation I should just use it like that fairy tail, guys, with creation magic, <DM Creation> with something.
With that I began to walk downstairs to the bar as I wanted to eat something before, I go to Osaka and get into some fights while practicing my power…
Actually, couldn't I sell my Dark Matter here and get a sum of 65.5 trillion of dollars in the U.S. couldn't I do the same for here though…

But first it's time to actually make something to help me out in a fight like actual armor of the strongest stuff around and maybe a black coat.
