Heldrakes and Maulderfiends.

Once his trump cards were awake, Adrian knew he had to ramp up production. He started to make as many Abyss Knights as he could and found he could make about 50 in a day if he pushed himself. He would be able to finish in 100 days which is not bad, but not good.

He could not just spend his whole focus on making more, but his expertise was increasing after making so many. In front of him were 30 corpses separated into piles of three. Along with one Titenite slab and their armor. The required material to make one Abyss Knight as he was trying to see if he could speed up his production speed.

The Abyss Fire appeared in his hands and he began the process. Increasing his intelligence to the max was very helpful as he could split his focus nearly perfectly. He could completely his Abyss Knights quickly, and in 5 minutes he created 10 more Abyss Knights.

He implanted their chimera-like souls and watched them awaken. These felt even stronger than his first ones and he knew that his expertise was increasing.

"Alright. I can speed up production. Now to maybe 100 a day."

Logan was at his side and he was just as happy.

"Marvelous. Simply Marvelous. You specialize in the transmutation of the flesh, but your creation so far lacks sorcery. Will you try to create soul sorcerer variants of your knights?"

Adrian did not know how to do that. Creating a being that used soul sorcery was not easy, but he had an idea.

"I can't just make mages, but I have an idea. How about I make a specialized group of 100 made with magic titanite instead of normal titanite. You can see if they can learn soul sorcery. This world does not have soul sorcery, so that seems like a good way to attack powerful beings. Logan, you are a genius.

"I thank you for your praise, Sir Adrian. How many are in your legion at this point?"

"400 not counting Theresia, the horse, and Moxaura. So far I have been making just Abyss Knights which are the easiest to make. I will need to make even more, but for now, I can start on the Triple Abyssal Manticore I plan to sell."

<Khorne urges you to hurry. Your creations can kill Warp Entiies. He is sure that he will win the great game.>

'I know, the stronger you are the more benefits I get.'

Logan was confused.

"Sell? Who will you sell to?"

Adrian pointed at the alter.

"Who else will be buying? Khorne is giving something that I feel is just worth it."

Logan was going to ask what, but Adrian was going to be busy. He chooses three manticores and their souls as Khorne wanted the best that Adrian could offer. He placed 30 Titanite Slabs down, but first, he pulled out a knife.

He carved the symbol of Khorne on each of their foreheads. Once the symbol was in place Adrian knew he could begin. He memorized the procedure from Theresia so this would much easier.

"Logan, watch how a master does his craft."

The Abyss fire raged in his hands as he used even more Chaos and Abyss energy to make this one. The fire landed on the three manticores and began to process to fuse them together. Theresia took him 2 hours to fully complete, but this one would not take as long.

Adrian and Logan watched as the three manticores and the titanite fused into the main body. Adrian had his eyes locked on the bodies while he knew what needed to be perfect. Adrian even managed to speed up the process which caused the three bodies to fuse into one.

The size loss was less than Theresia so the manticore was 50 Meters long. He looked it over carefully while he left it in the Abyssal Fire like he was forging metal. Instead, he forged flesh.

<Well done. Triple Abyssal Manticore was safely created. Will you sell this one to Khorne?>

'Yes. Just need to wake it up.'

Adrian was about to implant the soul in it, but Hila stopped him.

<Khorne says there is no need. He plans to use the body to be the new host of a Greater Demon. Once the body adapts, it will truly be a Demon of the Blood God.>

'I see. This way the body will be able to fight in the mortal world and even if destroyed will be able to be rebuilt. Khorne, you know the body will always obey me over you right?'

<Khorne does not care. He has no reason to betray you behind your back. You should do the same and betray him to his face if you do.>

'Fine, take it. I have no reason to betray Khorne anyway.'

Adrian knew that Khorne had no power in this world, but someone else did. He saw the body begin to vanish in a flash of black smoke until it was gone. Adrian knew that the goddess had taken the Manticore.

<Your Heldrakes and Malulerfiends are in your inventory.>

Adrian looked in his inventory where he saw the 100 deactivated Heldrakes and his 20 Maulterfiends. They just needed an order from him to wake up, but for now, he took 1 of each out.

Logan saw the two metal creatures that just appeared in front of him with interest. The first looked like a drake made of metal and the second looked like a 4-legged beast of burden. They made a regular human-sized person like Logan look tiny. As for Adrian, he knew that the Heldrake was once a plane meant to be flown by Space Marines.

Made sense for it to be more up to be bigger, but he had no idea what the Maulterfiend was supposed to be. He saw this variant was armed with two Hades autocannons so it fired actual shells.

They were easy to replenish as they just needed to be fed metal of any kind to produce more munitions. He saw that Khorne was rather kind and gave him 10 Hades Autocannon variants and 10 Cerberitie variants.

'How do I awaken them Hila?'

<All they need is a spark of your flames in the Warpfire Furnace. The demon inside of them is dormant, but when it is bound to you carnage will follow.>

"Alright then."

He sent a spar of Abyss fire into their cores that seemed to set off a chain reaction. He could see the soul of the demons trapped inside screaming in pain and rage. Demon Engines were made to give Demons a host in the material world.

Once bound, they could remain indefinitely in the real world so they had no need for the Warp to feed them. However, Adrian's Abyss Fire contained both the malevolent energy of the Abyss and the burning rage of the Flame of Chaos.

Nothing could be a better fuel for such demonic constructs. Adrian watched how the burning red flames were tainted purple by the Abyss Fire. The metal warped and expanded and was tainted dark purple in place. The Heldrake rose to its feet and squawked in rage.

The Maulerfiend's Hades autocannons started to spin, but Adrian snapped his fingers and used the Abyss Fire to torture the Demons trapped within. Even if he had full control of them, the Demons of the Warp were known to find ways to kill their masters.

Both Demon Engines raged in pain and suffering, but nothing they did alleviate their pain. The Abyss Fire that gave them power was not theirs. It was Adrian's and they knew that no matter what they did, he owned them.

"Be good and I will give you the battlefields you desire. No, that you need. Rebel and I can guarantee you an eternity of pain. My gift is my fire, use it well."

Both Demon Engines lowered their heads toward him in submission. Just as he promised the pain ended which made both Demon Engines know they were bonded.

<Their loyalty to you is assured.>

Logan looked at these metal constructs, but they did not look like golems at all. They looked alive, but they were made of metal. He began to take more notes and looked at the Hades autocannons on the sides of the Maulterfiend.

"What are these protrusions? They do not seem like horns and they spun before. What do they do?"

Adrian whistled and he did not have to wait long. Amara took to the sky the moment she heard his call. She had grown even larger and now was 130 meters long. She continued to send some of her mana to Adrian as a Dragon heart was like a reactor of magic.

She could make a nearly endless amount of mana, like all dragons. It was the reason Dragons were considered supreme in this world. Once a dragon sought to kill something, either they were killed or their pretty died. You could not tire out a dragon as it was known that dragons would fight for days, weeks, or months if needed.

Both the Heldrake and the Maulerfiends felt awe at the sight of such a giant creature. Logan and Adrian felt raw mana wrap around them and the two Demon Engines that brought them to Amara's back.

"Amara, how is the new soul ?"

'It feels odd. I can think and speak. I feel the power coursing through my body.'

"Take us to a clearing. I want to test out my new weapons."

Adrian reached out and ran his hand on the Maulerfiend's face. It did not dare do anything against it as it did not feel bad.

'Yes, master.'

Amara flew them out a decent distance away from Anor Londo before she landed. One of her wings lowered to form a bridge to the ground.

"Thank you, Amara."

Adrian walked down her wing followed by Logan and the two Demon Engines. When they got to the ground, Adrian looked at the Maulerfiend.

"Fire at the forest."

Fire began to burn in the core of the Demon Engine while the twin Hades Autocannons began to spin. It roared as a rain of burning shells tore the forest to shreds. The shells just kept firing without an end in sight as the trees were mowed down.

Adrian knew a fully loaded Maulerfiend could fire for minutes on end. He was already happy with what he got, as each shell was like a missile. After firing for 3 minutes straight the Maulterfiend ran out of munitions.

'Hila, get me only silver knight armors. No flesh.'

<Affermative.>

In front of the Demon Engine appeared a giant pile of silver Knight armor that the creature began to feed on. Logan took notes as he saw the beasts eat titanite-infused armor like it was nothing. In only a minute the Maulterfiend finished its meal, but Titanite was new material for it.

It was not better or worse than what it normally had, just the same. Adrian was interested in what would happen if he fed it exclusively on Slabs, but that would be expensive. He had 9 more of these to keep fed and loaded so that would not be a good use of resources.

The Maulterfiend roared as the metal was broken down into more munitions just as quickly as it ate them The Autocannons began to spin once again and the salvo began again. The titanite shells were up to standard with what the creature came with so that was a good discovery.

Once the creature finished the second salvo Adrian turned to the Heldrake.

"Open your mouth."

The creature did as he ordered and he saw it was armed with a Baleflamer. A twisted flamethrower weapon that fired the flames inside the Chaos Warpfurnace. Adrian knew that it would be even more destructive with the taint of the Abyss Fire.

"Fire."

It opened its mouth and fired a stream of red-purple flames that turned the surrounding forest to ash. That was not all as the tress that survived were turned into monstrous plants. Adrian knew that the ground here would be tainted with the Abyss, but that was fine.

He owned the Abyss, spreading it was like spreading his influence. As long as the demon and the former piolet that was trapped in the core suffered, the Heldrake had power. Adding the Abyss Fire seemed to have been the best thing that Adrian could have done.

He would need to check how many Hades Autocannon variants of the Heldrake he had compared to the Baleflamer. He was itching to throw these at the battlefield, and he had just the place to test them out.

Adrian began to laugh like a maniac as he loved his life. An endless battlefield where he could let loose into the battlefield that drove his soul. Khorne had no hand in that as it was the very reason Adrian took to the battlefield even as a human.

"Logan, get ready. We are going dungeon diving very soon."

Logan did not know what that meant, but Adrian seemed excited.

"Alright."

Adrian, Logan, and the Maulterfiend got on Amara's back as the Heldrake could fly. Things were picking up speed for Adrian, but Khorne was even happier. He looked at the giant body of the Manticore his master got for him.

He closed his eyes and took a shard of his own power as he made a new Greater Demon. He sent it inside the body and watched how the body began to mutate again. Adrian already had a perfect body and it still had the power of his Abyss Fire.

Such marvelous energy seemed suited to the Warp, but it was unique to Adrian. He knew that while the Greater Demon would serve him, the body was always going to be loyal to Adrian. That was annoying, but he had to compromise to get this.

The manticore rose to its feed as the power of the Blood God flowed into it. It warped further as its claws looked like a mix of bronze and Titanite. The three lashing scorpion tails turned blood red while the fur looked to gain red stripes.

A Greater Demon that could permanently kill Warp Entities had been born. This was his key to winning the great game. He would be the only Chaos God left once he got more of these demons that could kill and devour Warp Entities. Giving away even a Greater Demon of his to gain these was an investment the was willing to make.

He would soon set his new Demon against his hated enemy Slaanesh. Killing a few of his Greater Demons would surely weaken his brother enough for him to absorb him. Both Adrian and Khorne were sure to get along well. Adrian wanted more Chaos Engines and Khorne wanted more Abyss Demons.

Both won in the end.
