13 Sick

Wang Yiling froze when she heard his proposition. She stared at her in silent, unable to know if he was kidding or not. Wang Yiling knew he wasn't kidding when she saw his serious face.

" You can't be really asking for that, Ji Owen. Marriage is a serious matter... You don't want to spend the rest of your life with me."

Ji Owen smirked and grabbed her by her waist. Before Wang Yiling could react, he pressed his lips against hers. He never kissed someone with so much passion. Wang Yiling wanted to surprise him so she responded to his kiss with the same intensity. She put her hands on his neck and pull her body closer to him.

When she thought it was the time to stop, she didn't push away, she bit his lips. On the moment, Ji Owen stepped back pressing his thumb against is inferior lip. He looked perplexed at her.

Wang Yiling smiled to him and touched gently his cheek with her hand. "You better have enjoy it, because there won't be a next time. My cousin is sick... He'll die..."

Wang Yiling smiled once more and dissapeared quickly away. Ji Owen stared blankly in front of him then burst in laugher.

"Wang Yiling, I swear you'll be mine... Even if you don't want to, you shall be by my side."

Wang Huo was waiting for his daughter at the family's manor. Wang Jin needed help and Wang Yiling was the only one who could heal him. When she was in America, she made sure to know everything about his cousin illness. He was nice with her and treated like a sister, so it was normal for her to pay him back.

She arrived in a rush out of breath in front of her father. She quickly glanced at him amd run to Wang Jin's room. The handsome boy was resting in room in a bad condition. His skin was white and he couldn'y stop coughing. Near him was her uncle and Wang Ming who was crying.

"Please, Yiling... Save him..."

Wang Yiling looked at her and nodded. She then felt a burning hand on hers. She turned her head to Wang Jin who looked desperately at her.

"It's okay if you don't save me... I am ready to die...here... I h...have my family with me, it... it's fine..."

Wang Yiling put a finger on his cold lips. "Don't say that... I have made research, you can be save and you won't die today Jin. I won't let you die...You are my cousin..."

She took out her book and flipped the pages quickly. She brutally stopped and open a box hidden under bed. There was all her stuff that she needed to save him. It was pills that she created with many doctors and made them approved in order to save her cousin.

Wang Yiling knew that this day will arrived. When the virus would be too strong for her last pill but she was prepared. With the famous doctor Feng, they managed to find a miracle that can stop this deadly virus.

Most of the work was made by the doctor but she still played a big role. She was the one who made all the theoretical work since she knew the virus on the top of her fingers.

She opened Wang Jin mouth and put the pill hoping it would work on him. She closed her eyes and made him drink to water so the pill could pass.

Now, her cousin life in this pill's hand. It was the last solution that could save him. Wang Yiling had worked with many doctors and scientists to come up with these pills. She just hoped that he will open his eyes again.
