4 Nirvan and Anna

If you saw them first time and got no idea about their age you'll think they are twins except one was male other was female.

Nirvan was 19 years old teenager with fair looking skin,about 6 feet hight with average looks. If you put him in a crowd it'll be hard to remember his face. Before the death of his parents he was easy going and most of his time spend with his friends out side but after the the death of his parents he became timid and rarely go out except for his Part-time job and to college for studies.

Whereas Anna despite looking like a Nirvan got fair skin and with here matured body she looked like a real eye catcher and always talking nonstop so people named her Chatterbox. But after the incident when she was just Graduated in Computer programing had to become more serious and mature person and she started to spend most of her time in a job to earn money for family but few months ago when she got ill her skin started to turn pale. Because programing was a job where there was no physical labour she continued to work as a programmer.

Now most of the household work was done by Nirvan

" Hey sister come breakfast is ready"

Anna-"wait Coming..!!!!"

"So how are you feeling today did docs new medication have any effect ? "

Anna-"I am good and about that it is not working its same as previous ones "

"Oh yeah and what did doctor said after your test yesterday"

Anna-" well same after his research their is no cure all he said it is not a natural disease after checking the molecular structure so no specific meds and according to him my body demands for nutrition will only increase and it'll get harder for me to do normal work"

" Don't worry sis we'll go to some other doc and find a cure"

Deep inside he new because it was a new disease and have rare cases it'll be harder to find a cure in about a year she'll be bedridden all they do pray for a miracle .

After doing breakfast and doing his daily chores like cleaning etc. He went to his room to study and looking for job on internet

Just when he got connect to internet some mysterious messages started to pop up one after another

Beep

"I read your comments Nirvan so you are ready to anything..???? "

"btw I looked into your profile hows your sister doing..???"

Beep

"Do you want to get a cure for her.?"

Beep

" And yeah what if i tell you everything is real you read yesterday.?"
