Nirvan was arguing with doctor because according to the doctor Anna is not going to live more than a month. Her disease Grew more and more serve as time passed. To sustain her life they have to sell everything they got now he is living in a single room with no kitchen and was working on different jobs for nearly 18 hours and spends rest of his time either resting or caring for sister.They tried everything doctor suggested ,prayed to god ,tried so called miracle drugs but still nothing hppend

You know A person can do everything when he or she is desperate ,Nirvan knew chances of his sister being saved is 0%. But he still have to try.He remember a guy on dark web claiming he has the cure for his sister a year ago. In deep inside he knew deep inside it would be no help but he have to try except for her he got no one in the world . His relatives long ago abandoned them after death of his parents.
