After reaching the Divine Phoenix Empire, Yang Tian went to the Divine Phoenix City. He bought a lodging in the outskirts of the city… It was not too far or close to the Divine Phoenix City.

His main reason for taking a lodging on the outskirts was so that he would attract less attention.
