55 Devil's Flaming Blood Crystal

Yang Tian stared at the jade box, locked firmly not far from the old man. He took a deep breath before speaking, "I need the Devil's Flaming Blood Crystal. How much would it be?"

The old man, whose expression had been rigid the entire time, showed slight surprise as he looked at Yang Tian, and finally said, "Young man, the Devil's Flaming Blood Crystal is formed in extremely volatile grounds of Yang attribute. They are scarce in the world, and those that have seen it are few in number. How did you know that this jade box contains a Devil's Flaming Blood Crystal?"

"Do I really need to give you an explanation?" Yang Tian said as the look in his eyes got colder.

Elder Qiao shook his head and replied with a chuckle, "He he… It was only that this old man was too curious about it. Treat it as if it never happened."

He brought the box over and placed it in front of Yang Tian, "Six hundred purple profound coins."

"Six hundred purple profound coins, huh?" Yang Tian had to think for a bit of time as he heard the price.

Seeing this customer contemplating for so long, Elder Qiao naturally had a bad impression of him. He felt that if you don't have money, don't come to the Black Moon Merchant Guild.

But the expression on his face didn't change. As long as the customer hadn't confronted the Black Moon Merchant Guild or had some sort of resentment against it, it wouldn't be wise to displease a customer.

Elder Qiao immediately nodded. He also wondered just what sort of thing was Yang Tian about to pull out.

A smile appeared on Yang Tian's face as he spoke, "That should be no trouble then."

Suddenly, a brown coloured profound core immediately appeared in Yang Tian's hands. It was a Spirit Profound Core… This was of the female bear which had attacked Yang Tian in the Ten Thousand Beasts Mountain Range. After he had killed that bear, he had naturally looted everything, from the body to the Profound Core.

Now… Spirit Profound Cores weren't that rare for someone of Elder Qiao's calibre. However, he still didn't dare to be careless while handling the Profound Core.

"T-This is the Spirit Profound Core of the Black Mountain Bear, found in the Ten Thousand Beasts Mountain Range?! Did the esteemed customer go to the Ten Thousand Beasts Mountain Range and get it from there?"

This Profound Core's value was definitely not less than a thousand Purple Profound Coins.

"Does it really matter? Just tell me if this is sufficient or not." Yang Tian's cold voice once again resounded in the ears of Elder Qiao.

Soon after some time, just as Yang Tian had left the Black Moon Merchant Guild's building, he was approached by a woman clad in white walked over.

She was elegant and noble like a goddess from the Ninth Heaven, without a trace of taint from the mortal world; it was almost as if one extra glance at this figure was blasphemy. Well, Yang Tian didn't care much about blasphemy or not… In the end, those were just worthless morals of the people.

"Sell me your Devil's Flaming Blood Crystal. I'll pay double the price." The woman's voice was very soft, but an ice-cold feeling permeated through the softness. The cold directly pierced his bone marrow, and irresistible oppression was entrapped within the cold.

Yang Tian shrugged in response though, "Is that so? That might not be enough to purchase it from me."

"Then what about three times its price?" The woman's voice was utterly calm, and there was no hesitation in her voice as she increased the price again.

Yang Tian looked at her. He was observing her carefully and suddenly smiled, "Do you want to save that ice poison merely with this Devil's Flaming Blood Crystal?"

The woman's eyes widened behind her veil, but she didn't speak anything. She was truly curious though… Just how did this youth, someone who was only at the True Profound Realm know about the poison in her body.

"I can give you the Devil's Flaming Blood Crystal, but it won't be enough to solve this Ice Poison. It's because this is a Poison of Origin. Something that the Profound Beast had infected you by sacrificing its own life." Yang Tian continued to speak while looking at Chu Yuechan's body.

She was quite a lot more beautiful than what he expected. Her body was much more appealing than Cang Yue's body, but still, his gaze remained without a hint of desire.

He was more curious about the Poison of Origin in her body and her cultivation base. This poison of origin was from a Sky Profound Beast. To cure it, Yang Tian could use the Phoenix Flames. Flames inherently contained Yang Energy, it could be used to slowly destroy the poison within her body.

But in the end, he decided against that. He thought it would be better to cure the poison in Chu Yuechan's body as quickly as possible. But… at his own terms that is.

'I might be able to have a deal with her to bring me to the location of the Dragon God's Cave. Jasmine should be able to deal with those Flood Dragons effortlessly, and Chu Yuechan can escape without having to risk her life. I should be able to convince the Dragon God to give me 6 drops of Dragon Blood since I would probably be his only bloodline inheritor on his planet and can promise to save his daughter.'

"Poison of Origin? How do you know about that? And who are you?" Chu Yuechan asked him, her voice still icy cold.

"I don't like to introduce myself to strangers." Yang Tian refused to give away his identity and was about to walk away.

Chu Yuechan frowned at his words. She wasn't used to someone refusing to answer her questions. But on second thought, she believed that it might have been because he didn't know of her identity. If he knew of her identity, he might have as well prostrated himself in front of her.

"I will be leaving now. Since it can't cure your Ice Poison, it should be useless to you, right? I will be utilising it then." With that, Yang Tian walked away.

Jasmine told him that Chu Yuechan was following him while making sure that her aura was wholly concealed.

Even if Chu Yuechan could conceal her aura from Yang Tian, how could it be possible from Jasmine?!

Yang Tian soon returned to his house.
