Chapter 13

Calling his partner, he said.

- Gabriel, if you think it's funny, you're certainly right. - I mean, really, it's a good joke.

- Oh look who's finally awake." He appeared next to me.

- Finally? How long was my audience with the Princess of Hell?

- Eighteen years," he said tragically. He's overdoing it.

- I'm gonna punch you in the face," I didn't appreciate the joke, my heart skipped a beat for a second. I didn't know if I'd ever had a demon this powerful before.

- Twenty-eight days, twelve hours, and a trine... fourteen minutes. Your body's in my fridge. - He said as we walked out of the painted room into the normal room. Now there's a painted me in the normal room.

- Put your illusion away already." he snapped his fingers and I was still a girl, well I'm in a Dagon carcass - that's no better, where's your fridge? - To which in a second my old blue body fell in front of me. I didn't wait, so I went right in.

- How do you feel? - Gabriel asked.

- Refreshing and invigorating. - answered my blue lips, what did I miss?

- You didn't miss anything. When you grabbed her and started absorbing her, I still don't know how you do it, I took your bodies and ran off. Covered all sides and went on my way. What about you?

- I got a lot of power to my essence, but the rest I'll have to check. It's nothing, we'll talk about it when I've eaten the other Dukes and you. Ahem. Why are you looking at me like that, or did I just say that out loud?

- Yeah...

- You're imagining things. - and a brick face. - Are you in next time?

- Of course, I don't do angel stuff, but it's fun to kill Princes. Plus, one of them's been messing with my head pretty bad in the future. Call me if you need anything. - and, as usual, he took off without saying goodbye.

I'm off to Bobby's to get an update. And, of course, I stopped by Pamela's on the way. As it turned out, I had her worried. As an apology, I threw her a little 24-hour sex marathon. Demonic stamina and Nephilim healing rule. While she was asleep, I gave her a decade off before I took off. I wish I could have seen her reaction when she figured it out. I even left a note. Now we can go to Singer's.

- Anybody home? - Asked when I appeared near the entrance, but on the inside.

- Adam, where the hell have you been? We called you several times. - Asked the owner of the house. The Winchesters are here too.

- Been busy. Anything important happen?

- First yellow eyes babies show up, and you're in the middle of nowhere. - Dean's the one who gave us the "f" word.

- We thought something happened to you. Ellen was worried. She's got my head all fucked up, and she doesn't understand that if you don't want to get caught. - He complained to everybody about his hard life.

- Bobby, don't grumble. I didn't know I'd be gone so long myself.

- So, what have you been doing while we've been busting our ass tracking Yellow Eyes? - Dean snarled.

- What are you so pissed about? - I wondered if something was wrong.

- Yeah, you happened, asshole, I haven't had sex in two months. And you only said one. I can't look at men. Just put your curse or whatever it is away.

I had already forgotten about my joke. The whole sensual speech was accompanied by muffled laughter and sobs in the background played by Sam and Bobby.

- Hmm okay. - Snap of the fingers - done now you won't have a hard-on for men. You don't have to thank me.

- I wasn't going to. - He was already in the doorway, and he was off somewhere fast.

- It's funny, but you have no idea what I had to listen to the whole time. - Sam told me with a hint of sadness.

- Maybe he'll wise up, it's for his own good, you see, Sam, you can't call a creature that can spray you with a snap of the fingers an asshole. But it doesn't matter. While you were busting your ass looking for Azazel, I was hunting Dagon.

- Who's that? - Sam asked, ignoring my quip.

- One of the four yellow-eyed ones. A good reason? - It wouldn't hurt to find out.

- But how? Azazel's got the colt. - I mean, it's like they say, tears up the picture of the world.

- That's not the only way to kill them, I know a couple more, and they're not available to you. All right, I'll try not to be gone too long, but I can't promise you that. - I'm about to leave.

- Hold on Adam, one hunter got pretty torn up on a hunt, can you help?

- Sure.

Pamela woke up from her crazy night with Adam in a great mood. He made her feel like a twenty-year-old girl again. And when she went into the bathroom and looked in the mirror, she realized that she didn't look much older. Before she knew it, she noticed the note on the table. Adam knew how to be mysterious, and he knew how to intrigue.

Anticipating the surprise, she read the short line written in beautiful handwriting - "Thank you for selling my soul so cheaply" - and instantly paled. Only a few seconds later she took a deep breath and launched into a long profanity-laced tirade in Russian, Adam had taught her. Let the bastard come back, and she'll show him how to make jokes. But he also deserves thanks with pleasure, she thought looking at herself in the mirror.

Illusion class again. I don't think I'll ever get bored. Dreaming of superpowers in my old life and getting them in my new one, I never started to take them for granted. Every time I use something of my new powers I am happy as a child. Except when I'm killing someone. I'm not crazy. After another week and a half, I was able to create my own astral projection.

- My mother Eisen, I did it. - I said it. My mood flew into the stratosphere. Everyday training had paid off. From now on, I would hide under my invisibility, and everyone would talk to my copy.

That's when my phone rang. Oh, Crowley's here.

- Five minutes back," I heard him say.

- I'll be there, I'll give you my hand today.

- Ramiel's in Spain," he said, gritting his teeth distinctly. I scratched my back with his bony hand, not my balls. After he got paid, he took off.

And I had to go hunting again. Quickly warned everyone that I might be gone for a long time. Spent a couple of hours with Pamela so she wouldn't get bored.

Went to visit my aunt, and I would be gone for at least a month, maybe more. Then I visited my farm, or rather the bunker beneath it. Checked all the defenses, gathered my courage. It's not that I'm afraid, but last time it was too dangerous and too painful.
