1 Granny's visit

The family we're expecting the mother in-law. The whole house had been arranged so also Dinner was ready.

Then they waited for the mother in-laws arrival in order to eat together as a family.shortly after, there was a knock on the door.

"Welcome granny"they greeted and gave her a hug. The grandmother was happy seeing her child, his wife and their two kids after two years when they visited the village for the grandfather's funeral.The grandmother was the mother to the husband.

The wife excused her husband and his mother to set the dinning. There after,she invited the whole family to the dinning for dinner.

After dinner, the children cleared up the table while others went back to the living room for better exchange of pleasantries.The children joined them in the living room and we're earger to listen to stories from their granny.Each time their granny visits lagos, she would always tell time stories after dinner.

They sat quietly and were curious to hear the grandmothers story.

I got married to a Nigeria man who already had two wives but there were unable to conceive. He was from the south western area in my early twenties with two kids but I lost them immediately after birth. Two years later , I gave birth to a baby girl and named her victory. Victory was indeed the happiness of the family because she didn't died after death unlike the first two kids.

Victory had a critical illness even as a little baby which almost took her life. All thanks to God, who didn't forsake me.

My parent we're not pleased with the early death of my kids in my husbands house, so my parent took me far from my husband to the northern part of Nigeria where I can no longer get in touch with my husband . They rented an apartment for me and my daughter and gave us some money to for feeding. Few days later, my parent traveled abroad and promised to give me whatever I want.

There in the north central, I makes friends and had one close friend that I told my my story. I never knew she was a cultist and her name was 'ELIZABETH'. Things that I was supposed to keep private I told it all to her.

ONE BRIGHT MONDAY MORNING 🌄 🌄🌄🌄🌄🌄🌄🌄🌄🌄🌄🌄🌄🌄

I visited Elizabeth and that was my first time of seeing her husband since I had been visiting their house. The man was handsome, cheerful, respectful and so on. He had all that I have ever wanted in a man. We exchange pleasantries and gisted till it was evening. Then I bid them goodbye because it was almost time for victory to return from school. The husband gave me some money and I left.

On my way home, A man crossed me and we greeted each other. Then told me his name was desmond and I told him my name was Victoria. He then said he is looking forward to have a drink with me that he loved me. So I told him I was not the type then he asked if i believed in love at first sight. I uttered know word and walked out on him. On my way, something in me told me I was rude. I got home and sat to recap what that man said to me. Victory got back and greeted me. She noticed I was deep in thought, then she tapped me on the shoulder slightly, immediately I came back to myself and welcomed her. I assisted her in her assignment and we both went to make dinner. After dinner, we prayed and went to bed.

Victory became ill and I had no one to run to aside from elizabeth. When I got there she told me her husband went on a business trip which will last for more than a year. Elizabeth called her husband to tell him that victory was I'll. So he sent the money to the hospital for my daughters treatment and I called to thank him.with the way elizabeth helped me save my daughter, I thought she was a good friend. Unknown to me, she was an animal wearing humans skin. I caused the day I met her.. (She pauaed)

The wife asked "why did you cause the day you met her? "..
