Just as everyone started scanning they sensed a large and dangerous Qi coming from the lords extend from the city lords mansion. Knowing well enough that the city lord is backed by the prime minister.

Most of the noble clans in city locked there doors and acted like they didn't sense anything. Noticing the energy came from the lords mansion the Wang Clan leader recalled all his men. But he didn't put too much attention on Wang Yu thinking he knew better.

But unbeknownst to him after finding out the lord took his women Wang Yu wanted revenge and really didn't want the man who took his woman to also gain a shocking treasure.

He quickly gathered a group of well trained assassins groomed by the family and quickly flew to the Lords mansion while traveling in the shadows. Wang Yu while flying through the air quickly briefed his men. "First and foremost this isn't a suicide mission if you are compromised run or seek help.

Second we will first scout out the situation and third I will head to Yum Mei's room and try to get her out."

While Wang Yu and the Wang Clan assassins were heading to the city lords mansion Longtian gathered his Qi and set up a barrier around himself. Using demonic Qi as a base and his Qi as fortification.

He is now like a walking formation, Longtian now can take ten times the damage he could normally handle. After the Qi the Mountain Raven fan is giving off solidified it moved at a speed Longtian couldn't comprehend and slammed into his abdomen.

This wasn't a good thing for Longtian because he is sent flying across the room and into a wall. The mansion is made of is highly fortified material and

doubles as a bunker.

So, He didn't fly through the wall but all the force that the wall breaking would have taken is firmed by him directly. A direct hit in a sense.

Feeling the grueling pain even with the barrier up longtian tries to pull off the fan now glued to his abs. As he pulled he felt a striking pain. Like his skin was being flayed straight off. Looking down his nightmare was quickly realized.

The black goop the fan is made up of is quickly seeping into his skin and peeling off his skin. His bloodline even looked like it was helping the goop actively assimilate his skin.

Now if anyone saw him they would think he is a new demonic beast that hasn't been recorded yet. His skin was no more now muscles and bones covered in a thin sleek layer of black goop.

Now a cooling sensation covered him from head to toe healing him of the pain he just felt, but Longtian knew better then to relax as this was just the first of the ten lashings.

Longtian waited and waited but the second lashing didn't come but the longer he waits the more cool and relaxed he felt. After waiting for a whole day he tried to communicate with the treasure. Then something shocking happened. As if the treasure heard him the black goop receded into his body and the Mountain Raven fan flew and attacked itself to his hip. Now changing from the fearsome and monstrous treasure to a fancy looking paper fan.

His skin quickly reforming but assimilating some of the goop. He still looked the same but now his skin is a little tanned.

"Now it's time to deal with the pests that have just showed up in my clan base. Blood legion show yourselves!" A group of 8 men and women with eerie red eyes, hair, and clothes. Appeared out of the ground in the form of puddles of blood.

Slowly they transformed back into their human shape and bowed in front of him like eerie ghosts. "Tell me what you know so far I just got the message we have intruders.

Whoever desired to break in knowing full well we are supported by my uncle, has to be a strong power. I'm deploying the full blood legion." While saying that Longtian pulled out a black seal with his lord emblem on it. The seal gave off a might much stronger then Longtian. Compelling this group to carry out the order.

This is a blood grade operation. The full blood legion needs to root them out. Use force as you deem necessary. Try to capture the leader of this group we need to interrogate them.

Once they reached the gates one of the assassins felt a slight tingle on his neck. The intuition of danger that some cultivators have is stronger then some demonic beast. Never look down on it because it's a life saving tool.
