9 Danmachi with analytic eyes chap 9

~Hephaestus POV~

just after he cast some kind of spell on my eye he passed out still sitting on the chair that I use to update someone's falna I don't know what to do so I move him to the couch in the same room. After I put him on the couch I walk up to a shield I have not to fare from where we are and look into it.

As I look into the shield I slowly take off my eye pact and what I see almost sent me back to heaven. As she keeps looking at her self in the shield she slowly reaches her hand to her eye to feel if what she is seeing is true. After her hand touches her face she feels smooth skin where there was once dried and cracked skin. At that moment tears start to come from her eyes. As she is now holding her face and looking into the shield she hears a click from the door to the office and looks over.

Looking over to the door Hephaestus sees Tsubaki come into the room. As soon as she sees Tsubaki Hephaestus grabs her by the arm and pulls her into the room and locks the door. After pulling Tsubaki into the room she looks right at her and says "You need to make a vow right now that you will not talk about what you just have seen until I tell you it is OK!" well looking at her franticly.

Tsubaki then looks at how frantic Hephaestus is and smiles and says OK and makes a vow that she will not talk about what she sees or hear in the office. After making the vow Tsubaki then looks at Hephaestus and asks her with a straight face "how?"

Hephaestus looked at Tsubaki and says "I don't know how he did it but he healed me." "he told me he can't do it again till he hits LVL 9."

Tsubaki does not know what to say just nodes her head and looks to Arnold with a hint of curiosity and asks "so what do we do now?"

Hephaestus understanding where Tsubaki is coming from just look at her and says "For now we need to keep what we can from the other gods and goddess to protect him from them I will keep wearing my eye patch and will have him go under yours and my wing in forging and you will teach him what you can when it comes to the dungeon and fighting he does have a skill when it comes to fighting and crafting so we can see what we can do from there but I think he will also want a place of his own to do crafting and other things so we need to see about that as well for now I will start on the paperwork and see from there." Hephaestus now having a clearer head sits down at her desk and starts some paperwork to get him a good place for him to forge and just as she sees Tsubaki start to leave to start a thing on her end she stops her and asks "hey Tsubaki could you do me a favor?"

Tsubaki not expecting Hephaestus to stop her turns around and asks "Ya what do you need?"

Hephaestus then asks Tsubaki In a sheepish ton "Can you go and buy me a mirror and bring it to me pls?" Tsubaki just started to chuckle and looks at her and says with a cheeky smile "of cores I can for you." then walks out of the office.

After Tsubaki leaves Hephaestus looks off to the sleeping man on the couch and asks herself self "now what am I going to do with you?" and starts to do her paperwork to help him out.

Well this is going on Arnold is sleeping and his mind is gaining all of the runic knowledge that was granted to him not knowing what is going on to help him in the near future.

a/n so i am now just working just one job so i can now work on this more often and hop that i can start to update often. sry for the long time of no updates but i hop that will be a ting of the past also i am running all my chapters through grammarly free so it will look a little better i hope
