5 To Orario pt2

______Authors Thoughts_____

So I think I've decided to write in first person, for multiple reasons, firstly I personally think calling him Eldur every time I write a scene kinda ruins it.

Second, changing POV's will be somewhat smother, so yea I think that about sums it up also personally I think it looks a lot better when reading.

Also, From now on text between "Like this" will be speech.

Text between 'Like this' will be thoughts.

Lastly text be tween *CRACCCK* will be sounds much like explosions and so on,

Morning came around quickly for me, as I was getting up and stretching my sore back I would hear shuffling from above me.

'Guess Rahul and Adalet are up as well' I thought to myself.

A few minutes later Rahul and Adalet came downstairs to see me already up,

"good morning" I greeted in an energetic voice, "mhh morning" Rahul greeted in a sleepy voice while rubbing his eyes.

"Good morning to you too Eldur!" Adalet greeted in the same energetic tone I used earlier.

A smile crept its way onto my face, I may only have known Rahul and Adalet less than 24 hours,

but they were the first people in this world to show me kindness,

something I planned on repaying when I got the chance.

Breakfast was over as quickly as it began, as soon as it was over Rahul began preparing to head out.

"Uhm which road should I take to get to Orario." I asked.

They both turned towards me.

"Well we went past the crossroads yesterday, you might have missed it since you looked pretty deep in thought at the time, how about you walk with me there, it's on the way to the fields anyways that way i'll be able to see you off as well." Rahul said.

"That's great just give me a second to get ready." I answered.

As I was going to get my things Adalet quickly stopped me.

"Just a second Eldur, I got a couple of things for you, Rahul mentioned that you lost your bag, so I got you a satchel and a water skin, so you don't die of thirst on the road." Adalet told me with a smile.

As she handed me the things I gave her a grateful smile.

"Thanks Adalet I will definitely pay this back" I told her with conviction.

"Think not of it take it as a thank you for helping me tease my husband" she said with a smile.

With a bow and a quick wave to Adalet I quickly headed to the door where Rahul was waiting.

"Let's go" I said with a smile,

As we walked down the road we made some small talk as we quickly reached the crossroads he told me about, as we got there he stopped and looked at me

"This is it, be safe out there kid, and beware of shady individuals," Rahul said.

"Of course, and besides there is no one safer than me on these roads," I replied with a smile.

"Haha, good kid, now you best not waste daylight." Rahul stated.

"I'll see you later old man, I'm gonna come back and pay you back once I become a big time adventurer." I said with sincerity.

With a short bow of my head and a goodbye I was on my way.

To get to Orario, I just had to follow this road until the next fork and go right, and then it was a straight shot to Orario from there, and so I began my journey.

Minutes quickly turned to hours as I was walking while playing with my fire powers.

As I was coming around a bend in the road, I suddenly heard something that made me stop.

It was one of the first sounds I had heard coming to this world, a sound that would stay with me for a while.

"GIII GII GI."

"GIUUU GIUU GIU."

"GAAA GA."

I quickly looked around trying to spot where sound came from.

I quickly found out where the sound came from a few dozen meters into the forest I saw 3 goblins, carrying what looked to be rabbits.

They spotted me almost as quickly as I spotted them, they quickly dropped the rabbit they were carrying and started running towards me.

I remembered how last time I froze up.

'This time won't be like last time' I thought to myself as I saw the 3 goblins charging towards me.

I stood with my satchel swung over my shoulder holding it with my left hand.

Ready this time I clenched my right fist and punched towards the goblins before they even got close to me.

*SWOOSH*

I watched as the fire surged forward in a more controlled manner than last time, I watched as the goblins got engulfed in the flame I sent towards them without even the chance to dodge it.

"GIIIIIII"

"GIUUUUUUUUU"

"GAAAAAAAA"

I quickly drew the fire back to me before it could damage the forest,

having learned for the last time, 'that was fucking cool' I thought to myself.

The fight was over before it could even get started, I walked over to where the goblins used to be all that was left was 3 small crystals, I quickly picked them up hoping they might be useful later on.

Afterwards I walked over to the 2 rabbits the goblins had dropped.

"Hmm normal rabbits, they look a little mangled, makes sense I guess at least they are still edible." I said to myself.

After a quick roast of the rabbits so that predators didn't get attracted by the smell of blood I restarted my journey towards Orario.
