1 Chapter 1. Lonely

You wake and look at the clock. Midnight again. You think. Standing you walk to the stairs that lead to the roof. The cold shingles make your toes tingle. The moon stares back at you with perfect eyes.

This helps when I'm lonely... You think. You stare back at the moon and clouds draft silently across the sky. A shadow drifts across the roof and your feet begin to chill.

"Its cold tonight..." You say rubbing your arms.

"It's not bad really." A male voice says beside you.

You look and a young boy sits beside you You look for the moon and realise it's gone !
