2 Trust Me

"Hey, Shuichi! How are you holding up? I hope our training helped you get here" Said Kaito with a cheerful voice and smile.

"Oh, come on Shuichi how much longer are you going to stay with that weeping dog face?" Kokichi kept watching Shuichi with a smirky grin on his face in a burlesque tone.

"You guys sure took long enough to wake up! Gonta got a little scared he might never see you again". All of Shuichi's and Kaede's classmates were gathering near Shuichi's capsule, everyone was there except for 4 people, Rantaro, Tsumugi, Maki, and Himiko.

But as soon as Shuichi regained from the shock of seeing his dead classmates alive, the look in his eyes changed as his thoughts were now full of doubt and precaution.

"Miss Akamatsu I will recommend giving Mister Saihara some space for the time being, since his physical and mental conditions are not at their one hundred percent yet" The comprehensive yet cold voice of Kirumi made everyone take a step back from Shuichi's resting place giving him some more space to breathe.

"I wasn't invading Shuichi's space! It was… just…" Kaede's cheek gotten brighter and his eyes were looking to every single spot in the room evading eye contact.

"How is this even possible….?" Shuichi interrupted the conversation with a gloomy voice, "We saw you all die, I saw all of you die!" Shuichi's face was still twisted by all the confusion he was undergoing, "I saw it all! With my own eyes! My classmates murdering one another and Monokuma punishing them, was all of that just an act? And if it was, why did they force us to do such things? Who is the mastermind behind this!? Is another killing game starting right now?!" Shuichi started deliberately releasing all of his inner thoughts without thinking them for a slight second "Where is Monokuma? Is he behind all of this? And how do I know if I can even trust yo- ".

*SLAP*

The next second, Shuichi's cheek was bright red, she could not let him finish that phrase. "Kaede..." Shuichi still with his confused eyes stared at Kaede, while she grabbed her hand in pain.

"Shuichi… you were the first person I could ever believe when we got into that killing game, so if you trust me as well please just calm down".

"But how can I do that! There are a million questions going around my head right now. Tell me Kaede how can I calm down in a moment like this!" Shuichi exploded into anger and bewilderment. "Shuichi" Kaede stood up and looked deep into Shuichi's eyes.

"Now is your turn to trust in me, just like a trust you back a few days ago" Shuichi's expression changed all of a sudden just as he realized all the nonsense he had said and all the distrust he was having towards their classmates more importantly Kaede. "Nothing bad is going to happen from now on, you just need time to your brain to wake up, that happened to me when I woke up as well," Kaede said with a compassionate smile.

As Shuichi looked down to the floor, tears started to fill his eyes. "I am… sorry Kaede, I will trust you from… now on" Shuichi said with a regretful voice.

"It's okay I understand you I also went through that, but everything will be clear once they arrive".

"They? Who are they?" A voice of curiosity came from Shuichi. As soon as Shuichi stopped speaking the electronic doors opened once again revealing 2 out of the 4 people who were missing from the bunch. Suddenly a voice echoed through the whole room.

"Nice seeing everyone together once again" The voice came from one of the 2 people in the door.

"So, you two were behind all of this… Tsumugi and Rantaro" Shuichi's voice had a little rage into it, but before he could say something else.

"Shuichi just hear them out okay?" Kaede intervened calming Shuichi and letting the pair speak up.

"Well we are still missing two people, but they are yet to wake up, these simulation programs take a while to wake their participants up, so I think we will fill them in later" Rantaro said with a powerful voice almost of that of a teacher.

"So, without further ado," Tsumugi said quickly as they both breathed in as to say something in unison, "Congratulations! And Welcome to Hope Peak's Academy!"
