21 Nowhere To Hide

"When did I start enjoying doing this type of thing to people? It has been so long I can barely remember" Kokichi thought while he and the group were on their way to Kaito's cabin. "When did my curiosity turned into fun and excitement? I don't know, the only thing I do is that seeing despair is so fun" These were the kind of thoughts that jumbled through Kokichi's mind every now and then.

"I find it interesting how people react in such situations. Everyone has a different and unique approach, some get angry about it, some cry until they fell into depression and some others just get embarrassed. It also depends on the situation, but whatever the situation is, it is always amusing" His pace slowed down, being left behind by just a couple of meters.

"I know I do it out of animus towards everyone that rubbed me the wrong way back then, but this is my own healthy way to blow off steam" He looked down at the floor for a couple of seconds as he ceased his waling, lost in thought.

"Oma-kun are you feeling alright?" Korekiyo stayed behind with him. The group had already turned around the corner ahead.

"Ugh… I think I got a stomach ache" Kokichi immediately regained his normal attitude by faking a stomach ache.

"Are you going back to your cabin or do you want to see this event through?" Korekiyo asked him.

"Of course, I'm coming! I can't miss Kaito getting caught in the act!" An enthusiastic answer came from him as his eyes brimmed with excitement. "By the way Kiyo, why are you acting along with it?" Kokichi's curiosity seemed to have sparked again, just in a different way.

"Keheh, I just love humans! I want to see them exposed and react to all kinds of situations. I love humanity as a whole from their traditions to their feelings! Everything about the human factor itself is just so beautiful!" Korekiyo replied, revealing all of his true intentions. "I just want to see with my own eyes how someone reacts being caught in the act".

"Haaaaah…." Said Kokichi with amazement. "Then let's not keep everyone waiting! Let's go!" Kokichi said. "As long as I keep this face, these expressions, these lies, nothing will change, but maybe that's for the best." As soon as Korekiyo turned around, he let a small evil grin on his face. "Now, Kaito, we will be revealing your little secret".

Once Kokichi and Korekiyo finally caught up, they found everyone else already in front of Kaito's cabin.

"Took you fuckers long enough!" Miu gave both of them a warm welcome.

"I don't want to hear that from a slut like you, keep it to yourself next time" Kokichi usual replies set Miu off.

"Heh…heh… a slut…?" Kokichi's response made Miu aroused as she let out huge exciting breaths.

"What are we waiting for?" Let's ring the bell!" Tenko desperately approached the doorbell, just to be stopped by Korekiyo, who grabbed her arm stopping her.

"Think about what you do first Tenko if you ring the bell not only they will know someone is here, but also they'll refrain from answering the door" Tenko quickly swung his arm away from Korekiyo's grip and adopted a fighting posture.

"I get it! But don't touch me! You'll infect me with your degeneration!" Tenko said while she brought her guard higher.

"I think that's not how you're supposed to say it" Korekiyo quickly replied to her little reaction.

"Hmm… how about we go for the window?" Himiko proposed.

"That's a good idea, but I have a better one!" Kokichi pulled out of his pocket what looked like a lockpicking set.

"Huh? Where did you get that from?" Korekiyo asked him with a surprised tone.

"Nee-hee hee, I always have one on me! You never know when you'll need to unlock a door!" That didn't answer Korekiyo question in the slightest. "Now I hope I haven't lost my touch" Kokichi kneeled in front of the doorknob and introduced to metal pieces, small enough to fit through the keyhole.

"Hah…That looks hot…" Miu said as soon as Kokichi put the picks in. He ignored her and started turning and twisting his tools. It looked like he made a lot of movements, but he didn't make any alarming sounds.

After two minutes at it, a small sound alerted everyone.

*CLACK*

"There you go! All done" He announced as he stood up and grabbed on the doorknob. "Nee-hee hee, let's have your little secret exposed" Kokichi let out an evil grin with a burlesque little laugh. "Ah, it's here again, this anticipation of someone else's despair, I will never get tired of these moments, this feeling" Kokichi gently opened the door. He opened the door just enough to fit him through a small space, not letting the sunlight enter the room. The inside was pitch black, he couldn't see anything at first. No windows were open, or any light was turned on. He tried to find the switch but walking against the wall. Until a sudden rustle startled him.

"Huh? Are they really still at it? Nee-hee hee, this just makes things better" Kokichi walked alongside the wall until his hand bump into the light switches. "Now let's see what you two are hiding" Kokichi flipped the switch and all the lights went on. As soon as this happened the door flung open, so everyone could see what was happening.

To everyone's surprise, there was indeed a couple in that bed, but just not the one they expected.

"MOM….?!" Kokichi exclaimed as his eyes were exposed to the unexpected.

On one of the beds, the diligent maid had pinned down a giant of a man.

"Oh my! I didn't expect any guests today" Kirumi answered with a monotone voice.
