Part 31

Chiaki even managed to fall asleep in my arms on the way to class, so when we got to class I poked her on the cheek to wake her up. It didn't take her long and after the tenth poke, she finally opened her eyes and started rubbing them, and then it took her a little longer to realize what position she was in. Gently crawling off me, she stood beside the cabinet as I untied the Ultimate Impostor.

After pushing the two boys forward and letting Chiaki neatly through, I walked into the classroom next. And I saw the glittering classroom and the way people looked at the two Ryota with bewilderment.

"What? I'm seeing double." - Soda didn't understand. "Because I see two Ryota."

"No, you're not the only one!" - Petite confirmed.

"One of them is the Ultimate Impostor, and the other of them is Ryota." - I didn't embarrass them any further.

"What?!!?!?" - shouted the whole class, and in doing so, I purposely didn't hear Teruteru ask about whether he could be anyone.

"It's up to you to choose which one is which. Have a seat." - I addressed the three already, and walked to the windowsill by my desk.

As I approached it, I picked up the folder I had placed on it and looked under it and to my disappointment I saw no dust there, looking at Fuyuhiko I saw him smiling at me with a proud smile about him figuring out my plan. Slowly blinking at that showing me acknowledging his victory.

"Good!" - I said, standing up in front of the whole class. "You all cleaned up just fine, and also nobody left even though class was over. Seems to me this is just a great start to being a friendly class."

"When Ibuki does something she does it right!" - Ibuki praised herself while turning her head so that her nose lengthened because of her pride. Also, just now I noticed that she sometimes talks about herself in the third person.

"Cleaning is the only thing I'm good at." - Nagito said while literally glowing with cleanliness. "I'm glad we have an office where we can light up the talents now."

"You're right. With me, you really will shine like no one else ever has." - I said with pride for myself. "And tomorrow we will continue to make diamonds out of you."

"You say tomorrow as well?" - Gandam opened one eye and looked at me, with a hamster sleeping on his crossed arms. "I've heard that at this school especially gifted people are allowed to skip classes." - At the end of his words, three more hamsters came out of his back.

"He's right." - Ibuki said painfully. "Classes are a pain. Ibuki wants to have excellent grades."

"Yes. It's written in the school charter, but..." - I didn't deny it. "Your life is more important than the school rules. Interacting with others will help build character and create memories. Let's do something more important than talents. Your Hope!" - came out well, but it felt like I was quoting someone.

"Hope? That sounds great!" - Nagito said and smiled happily.

"No, it's youth!" - Sonia said while touching her arm to show her nonexistent muscles.

"Yes, Mistress Sonia." - Nagito immediately changed his mind.

At that moment I noticed that Chiaki had broken away from the game for the first time in the entire class and was looking at me with incomprehensible excitement, to which I smiled a reassuring smile at her personally, to which she returned her gaze to the game with a slight blush.

"I'll come by tomorrow for each of you." - I interrupted their upbeat mood, since I wasn't going home that night anyway.

"WHAT!?!?" - she said desperately.

"What did you want? I don't trust you guys that much yet." - They're high schoolers, after all. Neither am I, of course, but I'm a different case. "But class is over for the day. So come on, I'll show you another place."

(From the author: I've been thinking. There were two sections A and B in Class 77, maybe there just wasn't enough room for Junko so she was moved to next year).

To the sad exclamations of the whole group, you walked out of the classroom. This way was like home for me, so I didn't even notice we were there.

"This is the Hope Peak Medical Department." - I said, standing in front of the building. "If you have any health problems, you must come here, and I will be here all my primary time, and this week around the clock as well. So tomorrow I'll write you all a pass and if you have any problems, from the smallest to the most serious, you can come to me. After all, I am your teacher and it is my responsibility to help you."

"M-medical D-department?" - Mikan asked, almost fainting.

"Yes. It'll have everything you need Mikan, and if there's anything you don't have, you come to me." - I said to the girl. "After all, I'm in charge of this place now, I don't think you can call me a member now."

"Now?" - Asked Chiaki, who was also listening to me with interest.

"А? Didn't I introduce myself?" - I was surprised and tried to remember everything I said and realized that I really didn't say my Ultimate. "I'm Yasuke Matsuda 'Ultimate Physician' and actually I should have been in your group if things had gone the normal way, but I got into the academy three years early."

"Ibuki remembered!" - Ibuki said. "Ibuki saw you on TV!!! They told about you that you were very cool and already at a young age you showed so much talent that they almost called you the 'Ultimate Genius', but I don't remember how it all ended."

"Yeah." - I said, looking at the astonished faces of the students, and I'd never heard of anyone wanting to give me that. "And here I was thinking. That I'll let you not take the class on one condition."

"Yeah? What do I have to do?" - Soda perked up.

"You have to shine brighter than I do to not go to class! And then you don't have to go to class." - I came up with a new condition. "We'll take something weak to give you a little chance. Like..." - I pretended to think about it. "Before I graduated, that is, a couple of months ago, I was able to make a vaccine that can cure a person of any disease. So, I'm waiting for something on par with that."

"What?" - came an irritated shout mixed with disbelief.

At that moment there was the sound of a door opening behind me. Turning my head, I saw a girl with blue hair come out of the building.

"Already finished for the day Miaya." - I turned to the girl who approached me.

*Nod* - she nodded and looked at the people.

"These are my students. I told you about becoming a teacher." - I said and patted the girl on the head.

*Nod* - she nodded her head again.

"Is Seiko still working?" - I asked the question that interested me.

*Nod* - again.

"Good. Go rest." - I mussed her hair this time.

*Nod* - The girl nodded one last time and walked toward the dorms, while nodding to Fuyuhiko and Peko in greeting.

"Good." - I already turned to the students. "Everyone is dismissed except Miaya and Ryota."

"STOP." - Akane shouted. "Until we have a rematch, I'm not going anywhere."

"I told you I'm not going anywhere and will be here around the clock." - I said calmly, looking at her. "So, you're going to have to wait here for a long time."

"Fine! Then I'll stay here all night." - She said and sat down on the ground.

"Haaah." - I exhaled. "Come on."

At that she smiled and jumped up from her seat and immediately lunged at me. The situation didn't change much, though, and it was the same as last time.

"No fair." - she shouted and tried to push me down again. "You used that trick last time!!!"

"If it works, why change anything?" - I said, getting off of her.

To this she just stood up and pouted at me and walked in that state toward the dormitories most likely. After that, the students started to say goodbye to me and leave. Only Chiaki and Fuyuhiko stayed, along with the ones I told them to stay. To my surprise Peko also left, though if you think about it, for some reason she and Fuyuhiko were playing that they didn't know each other, but that wasn't my problem, they were both smart people and old enough.

After looking at Chiaki, who was still playing the console game, I opened the door and let the others in, while not closing the door all the way because I thought Peko would still come back, I don't think she would just leave like that.

After finding Seiko and giving her Ryota to prescribe him some recovery pills and leaving Fuyuhiko and Chiaki in the break room I went to deal with Mikan in my office. After spending half an hour explaining to her what's going on and how I let her go and told her not to be late, while I was talking to her, I got a message from Seiko that she had prescribed pills for Ryota and that he had left.

Sighing quietly knowing that the main part of today was over and I could relax I went to the others. As I approached the room, I heard part of the conversation.

"You have no idea how much he pisses Seiko off!" - Fuyuhiko said angrily. "That Matsuda-sensei!" - he mocked my words.

"You knew yourself to expect something like that from him, didn't you?" - I heard Seiko's voice. "He wouldn't miss a chance to mess with you like that."

"Yes, I know!" - Shouted Fuyuhiko again. "It's just that he's so so so- Peko say!"

"Just because he has every right to do so and it pisses you off that he's right." - I heard the voice of Peko, who had already returned.

"Aah!" - he shouted angrily.

"What's all the racket?" - I walked into the room. "And... Fuyuhiko-kun... What's with the familiarity to your sempai? You should call her more respectful than Seiko."

"Ahem." - He choked on his blood.

"Come on calm down." - I said and sat down next to him on the couch. "I'm just kidding. You can address me as Matsuda-san in an unofficial situation."

"Bastard..." - he tried to say quietly.

"Ahahahah." - To this I only laughed, to which he too could not hold back long and laughed with me.

After that, the first to leave our little company was Seiko, who stayed up all night again, then Fuyuhiko and Peko left the company since they wanted to sleep in their beds. In the end it was just me and Chiaki, losing practically the whole night and I have to say that she didn't hold back badly, it's not her first time, though I only won three times, but that's the result. At the end of course she dozed off and she fell asleep on my chest again and I had no choice but to go back to sleep too, but really only for an hour as I had to get up.

The next morning was not much different from my usual morning. I still woke up as a pillow. Waking up Chiaki and waiting for her to wake up, which happened, to my surprise, quickly, well I guess that's experience. After taking a small breakfast, I, in Chiaki's company, went after the rest of the students.

(Time Skip.)

The next two weeks passed at a normal pace and almost normal, well normal, of course, for a place like this. Ryota skipped class quite often, but there were a couple of days when he came, which was fine with me, I certainly didn't approve of his absences, but I understood. They really didn't get along one bit and treated each other like strangers, in the game their attitude was relatively normal... In my class it was much warmer, even if you don't take into account our foursome, the others often went out together too. I think it was because there was no one in charge in their class, someone who could support their whole team or intimidate them like Kyosuke usually did.

I also think... That I liked it. Contrary to my expectations, being a teacher wasn't as boring as I thought it would be. So I can say that I enjoyed it. It's certainly not forever, but I'm happy to spend these few months with them, well, I'll continue to support them if they want to.

The other good news was that ------ came back with souvenirs and a light tan, I also noticed that she had my doll in her bag that I gave her, so the doll paid off. I hope it didn't have my hair or pieces of my flesh in it. Her hair --------- was still tied in two ponytails, on the already badly frayed hairpins I'd given her. Even so, sometimes I stayed in the lab and had a surprisingly varied night in which we played games with Chiaki all the time, and she still fell asleep on top of me.

Also, to my little joy, my students began to respect me a little. Sometimes one of them would come to me to rest or just talk, certainly not compared to the number of times that Fuyuhiko came, but that's a good result too. I also visited Natsumi a couple of times, who got into the reserve course after all. And as the most professional teacher I taught Chisa how to be a teacher, to my surprise she just nodded and wrote in her notebook.

Then of course there was Mikan who spent all her free time in the lab. After some training or, more accurately, testing, I decided to take her to a real operation, where she, to my delight, handled with the utmost professionalism, so that despite her usual behavior she was an excellent specialist. And I think they have some resonance with the rest of the medical department. Seiko sees Mikan as a more intimidated version of herself so she tries to help her, and Miaya... just Miaya, anyone would be comfortable with her.

Now I was sitting in the teachers' lounge filling out class papers, which had become my daily routine. It wasn't anything difficult, it just took some of my time.

"What have you got there?" - I heard the voice of Koichi who stood next to me and, to my surprise, he didn't even smell of alcohol or vomit.

"Your work." - I showed him the cover of the magazine that said "77-B."

"Ahahahaha." - he laughed lightly, and drops of sweat appeared on his face. "You're doing good! Keep up the good work!"

"Where am I going to go...I'm not you." - I said and continued to fill out the journal. "Don't you want to come over and look at your class for once and I'll take a break?"

"Ahem-hmm." - He jumped away from me and put his hand to his chin showing a heavy thought process. "I can't! I've got to go scouting, they say there's a girl who can't be beaten in the gambling world!"

"Yeah..." - the only thing I replied and had a rough idea who he was talking about, unless of course it was some new character or he was making something up.

"But you should be careful!" - he approached me and began to speak in a whisper while covering his mouth with his hand. "If students start causing trouble, we could end up as backup teachers."

"Are you a jerk?" - I looked at him questioningly. "That's the plan for me to get in as a teacher. And you seriously think how I'm the person who created the reserve course don't know about that rule."

"Oh yes!" - he pounded his fist on his palm as if he remembered. "Totally forgot."

Just as I was about to call him a few more not-so-nice words, my work phone, which was on my desk, rang.

"Matsuda's on the phone." - I said, picking up the phone.

"Please help Matsuda. I can't take it anymore." - came a pitiful voice from the other side of the phone and hung up and it seemed to be, Hikaru-san who was a gym teacher and was now supposed to be teaching a class in my class.

"What..." - I didn't understand and tried to look at Koichi for some sort of explanation, but. "Gone... Bastard..."

Showing all his shinobi prowess, he disappeared from the teacher's room without leaving a trace, and in a way that I didn't notice. When he doesn't want to do something, he displays all his talents. As I recall, though, he is an "Ultimate Scout."

Getting up from my seat and picking up my papers, I headed as fast as I could toward my class. You could tell I was practically running. When I reached my classroom and opened the door abruptly, I saw just a horrible sight, of course after Akane flew in front of me and hit the blackboard causing it to break.

"What's the matter!" - Nekomaru asked furiously.

"I haven't given up yet!" - Akane shouted with equal fury and lunged toward Nekomaru.

They began to scuffle, and I was better able to look around the classroom. It was practically all smashed up, the wall that faced the street was broken somehow, all the desks and chairs were lying in pieces in different sides of the room, and only three of them survived, the one that Nagito was sitting on and smiling, Chiaki who was still playing, and the other one had the Ultimate Impostor working on, under the guise of Reta, and as I understand he was drawing something, it's interesting that he still picks up the skills of the people he's parodying, I wasn't really sure if it was as good as the originals or worse.

Next to the surviving wall, the remaining classmates stood and sat while enjoying the spectacle.

"Hey, what do we do now?" - said Fuyuhiko, who was leaning against the wall with his arms thrown back.

A little farther away was Hikaru-san, who seemed to have fainted, and who was already giving first aid to Mikan along with Sonia, who decided to explain everything to me.

"That teacher walked into the classroom and fainted." - Sonia said at that, completely giving up on Hikaru-san.

"Nidai, Owari." - I addressed them for the first time by their last names and stood beside them. "You have crossed every boundary, destroying this class."

"What do you mean?" - he approached me with an intimidated face, all the while shouting louder than usual. "We're training in real combat conditions!!!!"

"I don't care." - I said sternly while looking him in the eye and not even using an aura of fear, which showed more of the seriousness of my words. "That doesn't give you any right to destroy the class I'm responsible for. I've told you dozens of times that if you need anything, just come to me."

"Serious." - Fuyuhiko commented.

"That's the one I have to destroy." - Gandam added.

"Damn!" - said Akane, who, was not in the best of health. "How do I defeat him?!"

"Do you want me to give you something awesome?" - Teruteru came out of somewhere with a hundred suitcases, and as I recall, then Seiko told me that they were working on something together. "I was working on it together with a high school pharmacist from our school." - he said and opened the case, which contained two green and pink vials, and a spoon that implied that one had to take by certain measures. "If you drink our special soup!" - I swear his eye lit up.

"Oh! It smells good. Thank you." - She took the green vial from his hands and was about to drink it completely.

"That's enough." - I snatched it out of Akane hands. "Didn't you hear what I said? Teruteru, I hope you and Seiko checked it first before giving it to anyone? Seiko, I believe, but here's you."

"Yes of course!" - he nodded. "Miss Seiko said it could be used."

Passing the soup back into his hands, I noticed that during all the commotion, I noticed the Ultimate impostor leave, and a little while later, Chiaki left as well.

"If you're so eager to fight someone strong, you should have told me." - Again, I repeated, but this time to them personally. "I could get you a fight against Ultimate Boxer or Ultimate Fighter in peace."

"Really?" - Akane had already stepped back from the fact that I had snatched a new toy out of her hands. "Yes yes yes. Of course, I do!"

"Me too!" - Shouted Nekomaru.

"But only on two conditions." - I decided to take advantage of this for the better.

"Yes of course! / Anything!" - they said at the same time.

"One: you will help restore the class, which must be restored by tomorrow." - Without thinking long, they nodded. "Two: you will personally apologize to Hikaru-san for what you did here and for her condition." - Again, without thinking long enough, they nodded.

"Of course! /Yes!" - Which was to be expected.

"Good." - I said, looking at my phone realizing it was dead and I'd have to go personally to report the broken classroom. "You guys clean up around here for now. All together as a friendly class, and then all together as a friendly class you'll move to the next room, it seems to be free today, well of course everyone except Akane and Nekomaru, while I go report it." - I pointed to the state of the classroom.

Walking out of the classroom, I heard the end of Chiaki and Ultimate Impostor's conversation.

"Anyway." - Chiaki said sadly. "With my gamer talent, you won't find a single friend..."

"Don't be absurd." - I got the gist of the conversation, which was probably that they don't need friends because they're super and stuff like that. And patted Chiaki on the head. "Everybody needs friends! And don't say anything about your Ultimate. I mean, you and I were able to become friends through games, or don't you see that as friendship?"

"А..." - she was clearly shocked that I called us friends.

"If you have fun playing games, you'll also have fun playing with the rest of us!" - I remembered my childhood in another world.

"Play...with the rest of us." - she repeated and clutched her console to herself.

"Yes!" - I confirmed. "In the meantime, the two of you will have fun going to clean up the classroom, and then have fun going to the classroom next door. After all, these are the moments when friendships are made."

After patting her on the head one more time, I set off to report the ruined classroom.

After that moment a few more classes passed and lunchtime came, in that small period the class was practically rebuilt, still I think it was so fast because of the experience that everyone here had gained from facing so many problems every day. Akane and Nekomaru also apologized to Hikaru-san along with me, after all there was my part of the blame, tiny but there was.

After leaving the school, I went to one of the remote corners of the academy to make arrangements with Sakura and to call ------.

They weren't particularly interesting conversations and mostly consisted of me asking Sakura to come to the academy to seriously beat someone up so that they would learn their lesson or at least lower their ardor, who didn't take long to agree, though I don't think she thought at all and was ready to follow me to the edge of the world if I said the word, and with ------ we had casual conversation about how anyone spent their day, what was interesting or when you would be home today. So, having finished talking, I had already turned around to go down one of the hallways as a voice came from behind me.

"Teacher!" - came a woman's voice. "Were you here?"

"А?" - I said and turned around to see Mahiru, who though she shows her dislike for me or rather my gender, is not so much anymore. "What does Mahiru want?"

"Everyone's waiting for you in class." - she informed me.

"Me?" - I wondered. "Thank you. I have one more place to go, and then I'll come straight to you." - I had to go to the lab to get some documents. And at that moment I noticed that Mahiru had some kind of object in his hands. "Bento?"

"Yes." - A slight blush appeared on her face and before she could say anything else.

"I already ate, you might as well not look for me." - I decided to tease her.

"You idiot! What would I do! And with you!" - she began to yell with an even bigger blush, and then she already foamed that she had to justify herself. "I wanted to eat with a friend..." - she looked away.

"Right!" - I decided to apply my little investigation I'd done on everyone just in case. "Your friend from high school is in a reserve course."

"Have you been following us motherfucker!" - she pointed her index finger in my eye with fury. "How did you know about that?"

"Hmm." - To that, I only gave a multitudinous hum and smiled at her. "Well, I'm your teacher. In the meantime, go have fun with your friend! And I hope you and your class spend more time together, too!"

After that, I turned around and walked further down the hallway while waving at her.

"Bastard..." - said Mahiru to my back, but without an ounce of hatred in her words, and with a slight smile. "Still, he cares about us."

My hearing, as well as all my body characteristics and everything else, had long since surpassed all human standards, so I heard what she said, but I didn't think any of my words would have been on point. So, as I left the building I headed in the direction of the lab, taking the long path to pass near the fountain.

When I reached it, an interesting sight appeared before me. On one of the benches in front of the fountain lay a guy. One conclusion could be drawn from his official black clothes, and that was that he belonged to the reserve course. He had protruding brown hair with an ahoge that was smaller than mine, I don't know if that's something to brag about. His olive eyes looked up at the sky with unfairness, and in them you could see a line going through his pupil that resembled a forbidden symbol.

If it weren't for his eyes, he could have been described as a perfectly ordinary man who did not stand out from the crowd in any way. But for someone familiar with the history of the world, he would have immediately realized that he had met the protagonist of the second part of the game, Hinata Hajime. It certainly wouldn't have changed anything since he was still unremarkable, but that's for now. In the future, he has every chance of becoming the strongest creature in that world. Which is a little unfair, but okay.

I had a strange urge to get to know him, after all, he's one of the canon characters, too. So I confidently began to take steps in his direction. In this little way I had a thought running through my head, you could tell from the dialogues in the game that Chiaki and Hajime were acquainted before everything that happened. I wondered if they had already met, or if it would happen later.
