Sudden Appearance.

Jake wiped the corner of his mouth before taking a water bottle from his inventory, not forgetting to cast an angry and disbelieving look toward Leo before washing his mouth with water.

After a mouthful of water, Jake was about to curse and scold Leo when suddenly the expression on his face contorted as a familiar seemingly tingling sensation passed through his body, causing his expression to instantly turn dark.

Just as he was about to notify his group about the feeling that something/someone was approaching their location at an alarming rate... When suddenly out of nowhere, cries of dozens of birds resounded from the far sky in the distance.

Feeling that his soul shiver slightly after hearing the cries of the birds, Leo immediately raised his head toward the horizon in horror.

In an instant, Leo saw black dots of dozens of birds in the distance, flapping their black long wings toward their general direction.
