1 I fell

"Hey, Ayden what's your duty today?" Inquired Ida Wells-Barnett, a soul sent to me to guide to heaven.

"It's confidential, but I am off duty," I reply which is rare for me and souls in general most souls can't even talk unless they are pure or they accomplished something that people benefited without any impure motives or have very strong emotions by the time they die.

"Hey I got a question what do you angels do other than work, I seen a lot of angels in my time here but you guys seems blank like you are emotionless, heck even the fallen angel was more expressive than you,"frowning her translucent eyebrows she asked me.

"Emotions aren't actually needed for our job and might actually hider it but they are there but it's extremely diluted, so don't go hitting angels to see if they would get mad," I reply, with that answer she seems unsatisfied readying to open her mouth I stopped her with my finger.

"We are here," I told her with that I grab her gently and brought her fourth to the podium of truth where she would get judged, they showed something about blacks and stuff, but I couldn't care less.

*yawns* don't judge me I am very tired I haven't slept in like 10 days I know angels can go 15 days without sleep but I Prioritise my naps, I felt around the area I was stand at for a nice a comfy place to lean against for some shut time.

"Hung? *looks around* oh is th...at theee Podium of life.....? " my heart dropped not caring about the shards piercing and imbedding into my hands, the podium laid there mocking me it was broken into a dozen pieces.

I am so screwed was my final thought,

before my sisters and brothers roughly creating bruises on my forearms pulled me up from my defected state and dragging me to towards heavens tower where god (the one who created me anyway) Lay's at rest.

On the way to heavens tower I could see my siblings looking at me with pity and disgust swirling in their iris, I gulped at my impending doom.
