6 Sad moments

have you ever read a series and something bad happens to the character? perhaps a death?

there can be 3 main reactions.

1. apethy, where you don't care because you don't know the characters or possibly mild pity/sadness.

2. a feeling of somehow being strangely satesfied, as they were awfull and deserved it.

3. PAIN

for pain, it is usually a loveable character in the series. maybe you got to relate to them, or maybe they were a sweet character. either way, you had a form of connection.

it hurts the most when you see how much they did for others, how they cared and taught others. if it is death, your heart is ripped out. this stings even more if the character had others waiting and caring for them.

if it's the MC of the series?

heh. give up hope. there's no way to recover.
