Chapter 2

Xaiver's POV

All my life, I have been a spoiled brat. My parents gave me everything I ever asked that other kids couldn't get. Do I even care? No, because that's how I was raised.

My Mom always tells my Dad that he always spoils me too much, and it will affect me in the future, which is true. Dad said that he is giving me everything that he couldn't have when he was younger.

He always says success can carry you in the long run. He is the most prominent CEO of the country that he had built from the ground, and he wants to pass it down to me so I can pass it down to my children and so on.

Being the Billionaire's son has its perks. People following you, women and men try to get in your pants, and people take pictures of me wherever I go.

It's annoying even though I love being the center of attention like some of these celebrities can't. They bomb me questions like When I'm going to have a girlfriend again? Or When I'm going to settle down and find that someone.

My last relationship didn't last because I don't like being committed to someone. I want to be free and do anything I want to do.

I hooked up with a lot of females and males. Yes, I'm bisexual. If I see a cute boy with a nice ass, I will look at it. If I see a woman with subtle curves and a banging body, I'm going to look at it, and everyone knows that.

The last hook up was last night with a female. I forgot her name. It started with a D or something. I have to admit she was great in bed.

She was telling me she had a great time and maybe we could do it again. Uh, no, once I fuck you, you are like trash to me. I have one of those hookups when I throw them away, and they stalk me and tell me they love me.

Pathetic.

I'm attending a dinner party that my Mom is throwing celebrating her new clothing line. I didn't want to come, but she dragged me here anyway because she wanted me there to support her. Dad is not even here, and he's at the office again.

"You have met my son Xaiver, Xaiver, this Will and Hanna." My Mom introduced me to these people I didn't care for.

I smiled and extended my hand out for a shake. "Nice to meet you both." I said while flashing them a smile.

"And so polite." The woman said in delight. "You have to meet my daughter, she is charming, and you will love her."

Here we go again with these people who love pairing me up with their children. "That will be wonderful. I'll set up a brunch date." My mother says, having me look at her with wide eyes. "Xavier, would that be great?"

"That will be good." I nodded my head even though I didn't want to.

"Great, it's settled!"

While they had their conversation, I walked over to the champagne area to grab me a glass. The room was full of snobby people that I don't care for the slightest. I heard someone call my name, having me turn around facing that person.

"Adriana."

She smiles, walking towards me, and I eye her up and down and look at her dress. She was wearing a black sleeveless long V-Neck evening dress. It was cut through at the bottom, so it was showing her slim legs, and her cleavage was showing well. I lick my lips and stare back at her.

"Nice seeing you here." She runs her manicured fingers over my shoulders. I look down at her and push her hands off of me.

"No surprise seeing you here, Adriana." I told her, and she started to give me a wicked smile.

Adriana and I grew up together, and she was worse than me when we were little. Adriana had everything handed to her with no question asked. If not, she would have pulled a big tantrum.

Our parents wanted us together, but I didn't want that. Adriana and I have a friend with benefits relationship. I told her multiple times that I didn't want a serious relationship, and she said that she would wait for me when I do.

"Of course, I have to be here. I am modeling for your mother's Clothing Line." She told me as she runs her fingers through my hair.

"Okay, you can go somewhere and sexual assault someone else." I gritted my teeth at her.

"Why are you like this? You have changed Xaiver." She pouts while tilting her head to the side.

"I have changed? No, I'm still the same, thanks for asking."

"You know we can go to a bathroom and have some fun." She purrs in my ear.

"I'm not doing this with you, Adriana." I hiss at her, and she smirks.

"Come on, baby. You know you miss this body and the times we had spent together." She teases while nibbling on my earlobe that made me push her off me once more.

"I'm not fucking around. Find someone else that wants to sleep with you." I bit back, causing her to flinch.

"I hope one day someone will come into your life and treat you 10x worse like you treat these skanks and whores." She hiss while pointing her sharp nails at me that could cut me.

I snorted and rolled my eyes. "Whatever you say." She huffs and walks away while swaying her hips back and forth.

"I don't know how you deal with her." Says a familiar voice, and I turn around facing my best friend Trevor, who is sipping on his drink while smirking.

"Not in the mood for your wise words Trevor."

Ooh, someone feisty tonight, what got your man-panties in a twist?" He smirked again. Trevor and I also grew up together, his family also owned a successful company too, and my Dad and his Dad are like best friends. I despise him sometimes even though he makes me want to kick his ass for all the smart remarks he makes.

"Go to hell, Trevor."

"It would be rude of me not to let you go first." He smiled, and I couldn't help to smile back while shaking my head.

"What were you and Adriana talking about?" He asks while downing his drink tossing his black hair back while grinning ear to ear.

I swear Trevor had that badass look that would make any girl drop their panties. His shave cut hair, tattoos that cover half his body, nose rings, scruffy beard, and brown eyes. His smile can make a girl cry.

Lucky shit.

"It doesn't concern you, so don't worry about it." I told him, and he holds his finger up to silence me.

"Uh, as your best friend, it does concern me." He said in a feminine voice while pointing at himself.

"I don't have to tell you every detail of my life." I grinned, and his whole attitude changed.

"Oh my god, we are not friends anymore, how could you? I tell you everything." He pouted while facing the other direction, not looking at me.

"Stop being a drama queen."

"How dare you! That's it bitch I want to fight." His alter ego as a feminine boy starts coming. I began to bust out laughing from his dramatic feminine side. He laughed with me then when we heard a voice behind us, and we both faced my mom, who was staring back at us.

"Mrs. Anderson." Trevor said, walking over to my mom, pulling her into a hug, and kissing her cheek.

"Trevor darling." She says, hugging him back. "How is your parent's sweetheart?"

"They are doing great." He told her while flashing his million-dollar smile.

"That's great, darling." She smiled back, and I rolled my eyes at them.

I pull out my phone to check the time and a lot of missed calls from my Dad. I shook my head while tossing my phone back in my pocket. "Well, Mom, I have to head home." I said, pulling her into a hug and kissing her cheek. She kisses me back, letting me go.

Saying my goodbyes, I head out the door. When my security opened the door, many people took pictures of me and recorded me. I put on my shades while I held my head down. My guard opens the door to the SUV, then closes it.

Light rain was coming down, while the SUV headlights shone on a boy lying down on a bench. Usually, it would be a homeless person lying there, but he looked young.

"Stop the car!" I said to my driver.

He stopped the car, and I leaped out of the vehicle while walking towards the shivering young body but was still breathing. My breath hitch at the beauty that was laying there curved like a kitten. He was so small and adorable.

Picking him up in bridal style, I carried him to the car and placed him on my lap while he curls up on my chest. He was mumbling something under his breath that I couldn't understand.

I just stared at his sleeping figure, his white-blonde hair damp from the rain, rosy cheeks, long lashes, and his pink lips parted.

He looked like a Princess.

I ran my fingers through his hair, getting the tangles out of his head. He squirms in my lap, still not waking up.

We pulled up at my Penthouse, and my security opened the door while carrying an umbrella over us. I got out, making sure not to drop him.

When we arrived at the Penthouse, I heard someone gasp. My maid and one of my close friends, Juliet, came up to me. "Xavier! What did you do to this poor boy?!" She yelled, and I glared at her, silencing her.

"I didn't do anything! I found him sleeping on a bench." I defended myself before she attacked me.

"Oh my god, this poor baby. You go and find some clothes, and I'll put it on him." She demands, and I cocked an eyebrow at her.

"Why can't I do it?"

"Because you can't, you perv." She bit back, and I flinched from her outburst. Juliet is a terrifying person when she is mad. Trust me, I have made her angry once, and I woke up with a bald spot on my head.

It was the winter of wearing hats.

Carrying him into my room, I laid him softly on my king size bed. I can't believe he slept through all of this. I went into my walk-in closet, grabbing a plain white t-shirt. Giving it to her, she shoos me out of the room, and I grumble as I walk out of the room.

My mind was swirling with a lot of questions. Why was he sleeping out on the bench? Was he homeless? Couldn't be with the clothes he was wearing looked decent and new. But why am I so worried about someone I just met?
