"I Don't think that Idea will do us any good." everyone Heard a person say.

Hearing that, Susan was a little taken aback as she said, "Excuse me?"

Hearing that, Katherine then stood up and everyone was a little taken by surprise to see that she was actually the one who objected to Susan's idea.

Susan was a little feared in some way so it was a little strange to see someone challenging her.

Turning to Susan, Katherine said calmly and boldly, "I don't mean that the idea you proposed for us isn't good. All I'm saying is that, right now...we won't be able to have such grand promotion."

Hearing that, the room turned silent as Mike then asked, "Please explain in details Katherine!" he said and hearing that, Susan's eyes seemed to stare at Katherine like a Lazer.

"Well firstly, that Idea is good but I don't think that our company can afford it right now. Yes we do have enough money but if we were to go for the promotion, it will totally pass our budget line causing us a lot if loss in the nearest future." Katherine explained calmly.

"I did some research and read some of our company's past projects and I found out that the last project we had was during Easter and we spent up to $2.5 million, and our budget like is $3.5M....that totally took a lot from us so we won't have enough money for this grabs promotion that you are proposing Miss Susan." Katherine said while facing Susan.

Hearing that, Susan eyes twitched a little as she was really getting angry, 'Who does this witch think she is to embarrass me in front of everyone including Mr. Alexander. Just wait and see what I do to you'

She thought and then said, "Well then, Miss Katherine, what idea do you suggest for us then?"

Hearing that, Katherine could feel everyone gaze on her as she immediately regretted saying anything but just then, Mike said, "It's ok Katherine... just say what's on your mind and we will see if it's a good idea or not."

Mike knew that she was feeling a little nervous. it happens to everyone and he was very supportive.

Hearing what Mike said, Katherine nodded and then she said, "Well I've been thinking that instead if it always being surprise package, we can do something new and more modern festive if you wanna put it."

Nodding, Mike said, "Hmm...I see, why don't you tell us what you have in minds?"

Hearing that, Katherine embraced herself and then started explaining her idea, "Well I think that instead of making ordinary and normal or luxurious Decorations and interior designs, we can make it match the seasons that we are currently in."

"Since Christmas is near, we can have a Christmas special interior design where we can make a house decorations and everything else scream Christmas. we can have nice Christmas styled paintings and tilings and other Chandeliers with other things to."

"We can also give it by different theme, maybe 'Whits Christmas' everywhere in the house will be painted with white snowflakes and beautiful snowman statues....we can also name one 'North pole ' which will look like Santa's workshop with a nice and warm chimney where family can gathered and keep warm."

"Isn't Christmas a time fir family to bond and for us to celebrate, sometimes we just need to stop thinking bigger and just think simple. If I had a chance to either chose a luxurious house to celebrate Christmas with my boys and a nice, small yet homely and welcoming house to celebrate. I won't want anything more." Katherine said sincerely and as she was done did she release that she had said too much but as she turned around, she was shocked by everyone's expression.

it Looks like her Idea had touched the hearts of everyone present including Mike.

After a moment of silent, Mike then said, "That's a wonderful idea Katherine, why didn't we think of this sooner. I really loved it and that's officially what we are gonna do this year for winter/Christmas."

He said to her calmly as he then shouted, "You hear that everyone, This year's promo will be about Christmas and family... now let's get started, it's gonna be a busy week for us but we better get things done before 1st of December. That will be all, everyone get back to work."

Saying that, Mike turned around and left and with him gone, everyone then quickly gathered Katherine as they all questioned her in her wonderful idea while some congratulated her in getting the boss's heart with her idea.

But amongst everyone stood someone who didn't seem happy for her at all.
