Synopsis

READ THE FREAKING SYNOPSIS. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Damari King has always been in love with the sport of basketball, he has been playing since the age he could get his hands on one which was 5. His dad left him at the age of 8 and his mom died during birth. So since then he has been living with his uncle, Christopher Trust. He played in the NBA for 23 seasons as a 6’4 starting Shooting Guard for the Philadelphia 76ers from 2000-2022. He played alongside Point Guard as Michael Jarren Jr, Shooting Guard as himself, Small Forward as Freddy Ruth, Power Forward as Youseff Abdenour, and Center as Kai McKinney. Christopher was one of the best to ever play the game so Damari had a lot to live up to. Chris as Damari called him, taught Damari how to play the game of basketball and trained him to know everything he knows now about the game. His training with his uncle would always be so intense and Damari could never catch a breath…5 years later, Damari is going into his senior year in highschool where he is the third scoring option and is known but not well known around the country. Damari averaged 12 points per game, 6.8 rebounds per game, 9.0 assists per game, 1.3 steals per game, and 48% from the field with 34% from the three point line. He was very efficient but was never noticed by the big name scouts or even big name colleges. Today was the day his scouting report would come in his mail and he was very anxious. He tried to tell himself that it would be good but he knew that the scouts would do him bad. Damari also knew whoever was scouting him wasn’t a big name scout from any big colleges or anything. Whoever it would be would probably be a low-life critic that judges people every day, and that doesn’t like anyone good. DING! Damari ran to the door to check who it was then he found a letter in a brown envelope that said Scouting report. He opened it and it read: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- WARNING: Alternate Universe not real word or real NBA. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am just a kid who loves writing. So what that means is that the book will have grammar errors and sometimes AMAZING GRAMMAR. I AM NOT PERFECT. I don't really care for your opinion of my novel just putting that out there. Even though I love my supporters I don't care what they think about my book. Just because I came out here to write books and not impress people. Just wanted to say I am Christian even though I make up my own made-up gods and goddesses. And my own mythology. It's not relevant but yeah. And last thing I am busy with school so I will post every 2-3 weeks because I have homework and I am constantly busy. I have the most time during weekends and nights. Sometimes I might post twice in a single week that's because I am free or I am feeling it. SO YEAH THAT IS ALL.
