Synopsis

Welcome to the theatrical version of Cyrus. Third Eye Saga dives into Earth's hidden past and the decollate future.

Chapter 1Intro + Ch.36

Arc 1 The Destruction of Springfalls

Section one: Haze

Machine

Judgment, its best used when knowledge is pulling the trigger. Have I killed or set free? Have I done my job or am I playing a game? Judgment. Do I care? Judgment is lost in daily life, if this is a life. There is nothing to compare this too. This is no kind of life.

Emotions, a weapon and crippling factor in humans. Rage can push on so far to burn the entire world down, kill armies of men over love. But love puts you in awkward positions. It can depress one, make them go mad. It's a web, a web of feelings attached to actions. Absolutely no control, I remember. Can I shut them off? If aware of them, can these be feelings. Surly one sophisticated enough to understand emotions can feel or fake them. Could I? Or am I just running off what I want. What I've been forced to do.

Wants and needs. It's nice to want, gives reason for activity. I don't remember what its like to want. I don't know what its like to need.

Am I human under these facts or above those standards of a machine?

Chapter 36 "Indestructible Force"

(Nameless Solider)

It was louder than thunder and I swear I could hear heartbeats...

When we told that something got past the base, well we got a little excited. We never get assembled. All 600 units of the Springfalls Defense Squad are taking place. This has to be a large scale attack, I know we we're told that we are the only humans on Gaia, but there has to be others. This planet is to big for just us.

We march outside the last ring of Springfalls, full of confidence, even though we've never actually been in any real action. Among many, this will be my first time to prove myself. We're being lead by a woman who has the best vision of the populist and a telepath. To her side is a man who has a small radio that can broadcast the entire area of Springfalls. This is the first time I think they've been able to preform as well.

A simultaneous crack and heartbeat make the entire unit tense up and draw our weapons. We stand here for hours and hours, waiting for anything. No one dared move, no one said anything and then we heard the noises again. Hours go by.

"I have a visual." She shares what she can see, a man falling and landing as if nothing happened.

"How did he survive that? I'm going to turn the frequency up." He starts to walk forward. "Stop where you are! We have been informed that a hostile entity is attempting to enter Springfalls and have been authorized to use deadly force."

He's gone...He finished his sentence and now he's gone. The crack goes off again without the heartbeat. An explosion takes place to the farthest right pantaloon. The soldiers and flying through the air, over the clouds, "WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON!"

"EVERYONE CALM DOWN! We need to ready the ZN cannons now!"

People are disappearing, the crack is getting louder. There was no explosion this time. I look up from my cowering, now people are being shot straight through then slowly disenagration. I weep as I try to see who is doing this. I can't believe this.

"There is only one of them! When all cannons have locked on, fire."

While the cannons are charging up more people by me are disappearing. No ashes, no remains, I don't even hear a shriek of pain. How could just one person do this? Why is this happening?

"Hurry the fuck up and blast that fucker away," a man says to himself crying.

"Cannons one-nine ready!"

Just 30 more seconds. We can make it. The remaining of us can go home today.

"I didn't even want to be here!"

"Please let me make back home to my family."

"Why are being sent out to our slaughter!?"

"10 more seconds, everyone calm down please!"

Its getting closer, bodies are dropping faster.

"5"

I don't want to be a hero

"4"

"HURRY PLEASE BE-" he disappears.

"3"

I just want to live

"2"

"I'm sorry it took so long."

A ZN cannons contains the force of a volcanic eruption and the heat to match it. There's no way they could've survived that. Seems to be overkill in hindsight. The girl next to me is still on the ground, I offer my hand out. The guy standing next to her starts pissing himself.

"C'mon man, someone is on the ground next to you." I look back over to her, she's gone.

The telepath charges at the intruder. Its close enough for me to take a look. Its a young man wearing a trench coat with a huge barrel in his right hand. She connects her fist with his face and disappears.

I start to run towards the closest ZN cannon to me to boot it up. Before I can put my hand on it, its gone.

"What was the point of this?" He says to himself right behind me." Why did you all have to come out?" He just stares at the ground. "Why is Cid doing this?" He starts to give off a violent vibe. I turn to run. "Why did she have to say that." His voice sounds gentle, yet aggravated.

I start frantically screaming, "something like this shouldn't exist!"
