2 Chapter 2 Fire

As Sara was enjoying the wedding she received a phone call from her neighbour Mrs Scot.

"Sara come quick, You need to come home,the house is on fire!"

Sara froze what was Mrs Scot saying

"I'm sorry I didn't hear you please can you say it again, the music is loud here" she held to the phone and walked out of the reception room to hear better.

"Wait Mrs Scot let me go to the next room where it's quieter"

Mrs Scot continued " Sara your house was on fire last night all your family were inside. You need to come home quick. Your family have been taken to the St Helens"

Sara couldn't believe her ears!She panicked, she couldn't move, just froze! Tears drove down her face. Was she hearing correct? Are they all right? What's happened? How did it happen? Questions upon questions entered her head.

"Sara are you there? Did you hear what I said?" Asked Mrs Scot

Just then Jenny, Saras friend walked in. As she saw Sara who held her phone tight and was unable to speak. Sara was in a daze ans tears streamed down her face. She grabbed the phone.

"Sara what's happened ? Why are you crying?"

Sara couldn't answer her. Jenny picked up the phone and asked the person on the other side of the phone.

As she heard Mrs Scot explain everything she held Sara and called out to her boyfriend Mark. But due to the loud music she couldn't be heard. She held Sara and walked towards the dance hall.

"Come on Sara we need to go!"

She grabbed hers and Sara's things and looked for Mark. Mark was dancing with his cousin. She grabbed his arm,

"Mark we need to go back to Sara's and you need to get us there quick, we can't drive as it will take 3 hours. What's the quickest way?"

"Why what's happened? I was having fun! Come on let's dance Jenny"

But when he saw Sara's face he knew something was wrong.

" Come quietly I will explain but don't say anything to Ruth and Andy as it's their wedding"!

She explained and Mark quickly rang Jonathan. "We can get there quicker in his helicopter".

"Sara say something come on!" She shook her hard to reality. "You need to be strong, come on we don't know what's happened and pull yourself together we need to get to Palm Beach where your family is"

Ten minutes later Jonathan arrived in his helicopter the sound of the blades spinning could be heard on the beach. Jenny Sara and Mark ran towards the helicopter.

"Hi Jonathan we need to get to Palm Beach quick, Sara's family have taken to the St Helens Hospital get there as quick as possible. They have a helipad at the top of the hospital where you can land I've already rang ahead and explained the situation."

Mark had explained everything to Jonathan when he rang him earlier. Jonathan was experienced fliyer who also served the army! He was a multiple medal winner in flying. He flew planes, fighter jets and helicopters! He owned his own flight company and ran it successfully!

He had never met Sara before and when he saw her, he felt for her. She was tall and beautiful her swollen blue eyes couldn't hide her beauty. He was attracted to her.
