1 Prologue (Re)

My name is Ryo Norioko and there's nothing note worthy in me except for the fact that I am an orphan and I love to watch Naruto.

My childhood wasn't that great since I grown up in a poorly managed orphanage however I left that place afterwards but that's another story .

So, ever since I started watching Naruto, I always wanted to become a badass like Madara who doesn't put anyone in his eyes including the five kages.

I know that it was a stupid dream but I never gave up on it.

The fight scene left a huge impact in my heart. I wanted to do whatever I want like Madara did( atleast that's what it looked like to me)

So yeah, I was pretty delusional but I was a proud delusionalist ( I hope that this word exists) who wasn't ashamed to accept that fact! (Maybe)

I was never in trouble or was called out for being delusional until the first year of my high school life began where accident happened

"Hello everyone, my name is Akiho yamata. Your new class techer, Nice to meet you all. " The teacher introduced himself.

"So for today, let's all introduced ourselves to each other. "

The teacher pointed at me.

"Let's start with you, shall we? "

I got up with confidence. " Hello all, My name is Ryo Norioko and my dream is to become someone like Madara "

*Silence*

Yeah, you can say that I was being overly-honest and it wasn't a good thing.

After that * bang* of an introduction, I was approached by literally no one including the teacher himself!

At this day a legend was born in this class or so they say.

I was crowned the honorary title of "Otaku Hokage" By my class and soon this news spread out throughout the school.

And I was officially labelled as an otaku and an outcast by my class and the school.

They call me paedophile, scum, trash and etc. Without even bothering to hear my side of the story.

Figures, I guess. I should have done a better job at introducing myself but I don't care! Because I am a proud delusionalist.

After that event, my day was peaceful because no one approached me! Nothing noteworthy happened but one day I realized something that will change the outlook of the whole world for me.

One day when I was trying to gather chakra ( which I have been doing ever since I started watching Naruto)

A thought suddenly hits me " What if chakra doesn't exist? "

Don't they say

A single word can change someone's heart

A single sentence can change someone's life and

A simple idea can change the destiny of a whole generation

And yeah, my case was similar to it.

It was only a simple thought which soon lead to a cascades of negative thoughts.

"If chakra doesn't even exist then what will I do? How can I collect it? Have I been wasting my time all this years? What is the meaning of my life... "

Yeah, I was starting to question my own existence.

From this you can already guess what my mental health was at that particular time. It was an existential crisis for me!

Then after calming down for a while ,

I did what every logical person would do in this situation.

I searched it on the internet.

And after hours of researching it in the internet and in the mangas, it finaly hit me

"Isekai" Or "reincarnation" in English.

But for that I needed to find truck-chan

(#gender equality) the isekai agent of earth

I again started searching it and after a while, I found it in a sub-reddit written by

"I don't lie". It was a sub-reddit about a mysterious truck being spotted in the streets of Italy which might have been truck-chan # again gender equality

So without even checking the authenticity of the information, I started gathering money for my one way trip to

Italy 🇮🇹 because it was written in Reddit, DUH!

And after gathering the required money and paper work , I bought the tickets to Italy and I am currently on my way, just you wait truck-chan!

Dear diary

I have burn through every cash I have for this trip but still, since it is a one way trip for my reincarnation, I don't mind.

During this time, I found some interesting things like in the comment section of that sub-reddit, there was a LOL sign in it but I couldn't care less about it and more importantly, I found out that the specific location of that Reddit wasn't given and I tried to search it on the internet and I even contacted the person who wrote that sub-reddit but I didn't get any results.

I can only hope to be able to locate truck-chan before my visa expires and being declared as an illegal immigrant.

And spoiler alert, it didn't go as planned and my visa expired and now the whole police department is searching for me.

I do have to say that this situation have its perks.

I was broadcasted nation wide in news channels and news papers and my popularity was on it's all time high and whenever I was seen in the streets, all of the people will take out their phones and click photos and videos of me like I was some kind of celebrity.

But sadly it couldn't last long and I was running out of food so I came up with a plan to steal food from stores in a Halloween costume to avoid being recognized and once again , I was all over the news channel but this time, I was in incognito.

"Welcome to channel 65 news and these are today's headlines.

A mysterious animal was caught on cctv in midnight at the streets of Naples.

The locals and some social media groups have started to call this creature as " The grocery bogeyman " .

The police had warned the locals to not spend their time on the streets until this creature is caught or classified and it's funny that.... "

Meanwhile our mc was on his daily rounds of supply gathering without giving a fck about the chaos he caused.

He was on his way back from a regular round when suddenly a blinding light hit him.

He looked towards the light and he saw a truck moving towards him!

"Truck-chan! " My heart was beating crazily " Is this it?" I questioned myself and as I saw the truck moving towards me,

I started to lose it and started laughing hysterically " Haha hehehe"

It was a normal day for the truck driver when suddenly he heard someone fanatically laughing. The truck driver was confused when he suddenly saw a young teenager wearing a Halloween costume standing in his way in Titanic pose.

The truck driver was frightened and he almost got a heart attack.

He quickly stepped on the brakes but it was already too late.

*Thud*

*screech*

"Oh my god! What have I done!! " The poor driver panicked when he saw the croud started gathering .

"CALLED THE AMBULANCE! " A random guy shouted.

They say that when you are on the verge of death, your whole life will be played in your mind. Those bittersweet memories, loved ones , embarrassing moments and what not.

But all I see is darkness. No bittersweet memories and the likes. Sucks to be me, I guess..

*Wee-waw Wee-waw*

"Doctor, we are losing him! "

* beep....beep*

"Quickly prepare the operation theatre."

"Doctor, the patient's condition is deteriorating"

*beep...........beep

"Damn it! Quickly prepare the artificial life module"

*beeep..... *
