2 The Love

"Ms. Love, I have news."

A woman sat in a large leather chair, her arms crossed and her feet propped against her very expensive desk. Her usually grey slacks and coat lazily attached to her body and shirt button downed slightly revealing the mounds of her breast.

A cloud of smoke arose from her red piercing lips. Her feminine body seductively turning toward her secretary.

"What is it Mags, can't you see I'm busy?"

Margret sighed watching the principal of such a pristine High School break so many rules at once, especially in her chair of duty and privilege.

"Well I didn't know smoking from a pipe in a clean school with your cleavage so visible was being busy?!"

Ms. love shrugged her shoulders, "Hurry up Mags, we don't have all day."

Margret narrowed her eyes, "FOR ONCE CAN YOU BE A PROPER LADY AND NOT BE A DISASTER, HOW DID YOU EVEN BECOME PRINCIPAL YOU GOOD FOR NOTHING TWINNED MOUNTAIN!"

Twin mountain referring to her massive melons attached to her chest. Ms. Love laughed from fear and put her pipe down and sat normally in her seat of power. It seemed her childhood friend never ceased to get on her tail for slacking off.

Margret breathed heavily form her outburst, one of her brown bangs falling out of place. She fixed it, pushed her glasses up, and cleared her throat.

"Your little brother has submitted his application."

'Honestly why does this woman use a pipe, it's the twentieth century for god's sake?' Margret pounded out a few more insults in her head.

On the other hand, Ms. Love grinned from excitement. She was going to see little Simon again, oh how she longed to see any family. Being a principal to one of the highest ranked schools was no joke, work was always ample.

"Ahhh, I cannot wait to see how much he has grown, hopefully he got out of his depression."

Margret picked up her glasses once again, "Depression?"

Ms. love swirled in her chair to face the expansive window behind her, she was greeted with a view of rolling hills stocked with wild flowers that whipped aimlessly in the wind.

"Something happened when he was about the age were Gifts normally form and around the same time of his first love. Because of his Gift, that love turned to turmoil rather quickly. Now he vows to never fall in love again."

Margret titled her head, "Who makes such an important decision at such a young age?"

Ms. Love bit her lip, "Well that's just who he is. Behind all the emotionless expressions and calm attitude, he has always made promises to himself that he tells no one. It's like he wants to punish himself with no sight of forgiveness."

Margret nodded her head, "But to be so strongly attached to a promise made years ago, what exactly happened?"

Ms. love exhaled and grabbed her pipe from its stand, "Even I don't know what occurred on that day, but what ever happened changed his fate forever."

"Well it may not be that big, it could of been just getting rejected or seeing her hold hands with another guy. This isn't the manga you read Aria, this is reality."

A reality were someone rolled a set dice that decided your fate at birth, the same dice no one would be able to stop. The same dice Simon Love could erase.

------

Garden High School was special. Besides the many gardens and nature esc vibes, the school was rather rare. Most high schools were split into three types, those that only allowed those with Charms, those who allowed those with Curses, and those who had no restrictions. Garden high was the third one, it being ranked the number one Gifted All Academy.

That was the only reason Simon was interested in the school, keeping his Gift a secret his top priority.

A life of secrets was his only option. It was indeed the only way to achieve something he longed for...

Love, well to see his older sister Aria Love. The two separated due to her high position in the country.

Now however, the siblings would soon be reunited. Or more so at this very moment.

"Hello first years of Garden Academy, I am the principal of this pristine establishment, Aria Love. You will all refer to me as Principal and nothing more, I do not enjoy formalities with the young."

Her voice carried across the large gymnasium, her words seductive yet powerful.

"Damn you here that, guess we can't get away with banging her."

Simon raised an eyebrow as the two boys in front of him spoke annoyingly louder than preferable. 'Are we not first years in High School!!!!' Screamed Simon in his head, but in reality, "oh" is all he could muster to react.

Men were nothing but savages he concluded. Norman leaned over and smiled, "Hey your sister is pretty hot, mind if you introduce me?"

Norman whimpered as Simon put his fingers against his temples and pushed, "You fucking traitor, I will have to kill you Norman!"

"Please do not speak while the adults are talking."

Ms. Love said as hundreds of heads turned around. Norman and Simon also turned to hide there guilty minds.

After Aria continued, Norman leaned back over, "Hey hot shot, look at row fourteen second seat from the left."

Simon nodded and followed his instructions, and as his gaze found his destination, he quickly looked away.

Olivia Alister was staring directly at him.

"How did she make it in this academy, I made sure to check her grades, no way should she be here?!"

Simon was starting to lose his emotionless self once again, his nightmare coming too.

Norman sighed and stared at Simon's smoking hot sister, "Good luck Simon, I know one sided love is hell."

"Gah! What would you even know about love?"

Norman smiled, "I was in love once, it all started back in the summer of twent-"

Not interested! Was the emotion written all over Simon's face. Norman almost cried, "You are so mean Simon..."

Simon's dead water eyes looked at his sister, the words she spoke still falling short of his interest. He just wanted to talk to her about his problems, for old times sake.

"All students are required to wear a pin on their uniform which signifies if you have a Charm or a Curse."

Simon's mouth dropped.

Oh.

No.

There was no way his sister had forgotten about his condition. If he had to wear a badge showing he had a Curse, no good could come from it, people would figure it out eventually.

UTTER TURMOIL

Aria glanced directly at Simon and winked. She knew, and now that Simon knew, he was fuming. Norman almost could tell that steam was rising from his head.

How problematic...

"However..."

Simon snapped out of his confusion and focused on his sister's next words.

"Those on the student Council will not but instead wear the Student Council badge given to them."

'You sly fox!' Thought Simon as he narrowed his eyes, "It seems my sister is calling me out, perhaps...."

Norman shook his head, " I feel like it's more like she is protecting you. From my information gather, I know that was not a option before. You have family looking out for you."

A smile crept on Simon's face. Damn, he loved his sister to death.

'Challenge accepted!' Simon yelled through every bone in his body. He would not fail, his Curse needed to be top secret.

Simon would find meaning.
