Yusef's POV

I should've expected this much from the queen. Her grandmother was known to be the greatest mastermind of her time. Of course she's the late queen's true successor. I'm letting her go this time but I too should give her a warning. Otherwise she'll laugh at me thinking that I'm a coward.

"Saailan!!"

"Yes master."

"After I leave Pharaoh Nephthys's land, make sure to give the queen a little warning."

"Yes master."

"And don't get caught."

"I understand."

This one's my favorite. He's a cold blooded predator. I once gave him a task of beheading a child. He didn't even blink while chopping off that child's head. Even if he gets caught I'm sure he wouldn't spit a word.

Nephthys's POV

Even if he's masked I know who he is. I've known him for too long. There's absolutely no mistake it's him. I wonder what he wants now.

"Why did you come again?"

"Because you need me. And I'm doing you a favor."

"You're such an interesting man. Only you'd dare to do the Pharaoh any favors."

"Is that a No then?"

"It's a Yes."

"I think your queen might be in danger. She had a heated argument with commander Yusef."

"And?"

"She won."

"Commander Yusef hates losing. Without doubt he'll get his revenge anytime soon."

"That's Yusef's daughter for you. She won the Queen's trust using cheap tactics. I'm afraid she might try to take the Queen's place next."
