3 Training and attracting attention

After eating a big enough breakfast for 3 people, Percy finally ate his fill and prepared for school. After spending the shower and school days he was finally able to finish gathering his bearing and fully understand his place in the world at the moment. His name Percy Ellis, son of Frank and Martha Ellis, and is mechanicaly gifted. Current feats include taking apart the tv and almost putting back together first try, only for it to turn into a smoke bomb when his mother went to turn it on to watch the news. After the long talk he got he made sure to never mess up putting stuff together again. By age 12 his talents were become more obvious to his parents and enrolled him into a school for gifted children in New York City.

After getting home from school and his parents still being out at work Percy began to attempt to form one of the claws of the dragon. The claws appear as a sepctral entity, however they still seem to have a sense of firmness to them. For every claw that was formed in the technique it increased its damage by 10%. In his attempt to form the dragon claw Percy was absorbing and putting out large amounts of energy, enough to gain the attention of the sorcerer supreme the ancient one. The energy levels he was putting off were equal to a trainee sorcery and the ancient one was confused as to what a wild sorcery was doing so close to a sanctum only to realize he was indeed not a sorcery trainee but something else entirely. Something that the ancient one had never seen before and also could not see through at all wich worried her greatly. Decided she would watch over this being to try and understand his character to figure out if he was a threat or a potential ally.

Over the following months Percy slowly gained a grasp on forming the first claw of the dragon and managed to progress to energy gathering stage 3 and Percy couldn't feel better. He felt a lot more energetic and the strength he had would give a professional strongman a run for his money. He also guessed that by the time the chitari invaded he should be around 17 and at the rate he is breaking through to new levels of the dragon heart sutra he should be close to peak energy gathering of higher depending on his luck. His main worry for now if convincing his parents to allow him to go on a journey to fight other combatants and gain the much needed combat experience to be able to actually fight. Like the saying about a flower in the green house goes even if he has all this power if he doesn't know what to do with it it's useless. He has slowly been attending local martial arts dojo's but those just are not providing him the challenge he needs with each of the styles dubbing him a once in a life time genius.

At this point Percy had just reach 14 and was going through growth spurts, that and fueled by the energy in is Dantian and the purity of his fleshy body he was already a tall 5 ft 7. Percy estimated he would be a nice 6ft5 by the time he finished growing, wich please him greatly as he was 5ft8 in his past life so he would take anything taller than that and be content. During the night Percy would sneak out to do vigilante work so as to help himself gain much needed combat experience since the restrained combat of the dojo's can only do so much to progress his cultivation and combat senses. Over the multiple nights of vigilante work he had finally designed his costume. It was a a black top with a red dragon emblem on the back and some blue jeans and combat boots. He would like to upgrade to something more high tech soon but what's a 14 year old to do. He learned that he could channel his inner energy into any object to reinforce wich surprises him considering that in all the novels he used to read they usually used special materials. Since then he started carrying a wooden sword on his back for emergencies since his claws are still his main form of offense. After cleaning up the criminals he would always leave a stamp on one of the bad guys for heads if the dragon symbol letting everyone know who exactly was the cleaning up the streets gaining him the name {The Dragon}.
