Chapter 1: Oh my God!

Stellar Void Continent, Emerald Kingdom- Emerald Forest

In a forest that spanned as far as the eye could see, there was a lake and by this lake a young man in tattered robes who appeared to be 14 lay on his back; Staring blankly at the sky.

"Killed by a truck...agh~", Aaron sighed. He wasn't sure exactly what happened or how he was killed by the legendary Truck-kun. The last memory he had on Earth was that of walking his dog at the park when suddenly without warning two bright lights flew at him, after that...Darkness.

"To think that Truck-kun doesn't even need to be on the streets, I just wanted to walk my dog...agh~"

When he awoke the first thing that he "saw" was darkness, as far as he could "see" there was nothing. However, right as he was starting to panic he heard 2 voices in his mind.

"That doesn't count! You broke the rules, Odin!" , Athena Yelled.

"It's fine he was on the list." ,Odin responded indifferently. As if to brush it off.

'What the hell!' Aaron thought. 'Am I losing my mind?! Also, are they talking about me? What List?'

"...Hello" Aaron said cautiously.

"You know how this goes kid, you get 2 wishes and then you'll be reincarnated" Odin responded without explaining anything.

'….Huh?' Aaron thought. He didn't understand where he was but then as if sensing his confusion Athena responded.

"You died Aaron, Although the your death was quite...unconventional. However, worry not, since you were kill..ahem I mean, since you were fortunate enough to get struck by Truck-Kun you will be reincarnated"

"Reincarnated? Like in all those novels...Impossible!" Aaron yelled.

'Also, I heard you say that 'you got him'. It wasn't an accident! I was murdered!', he thought to himself.

"Hahahaha, you should be honored! Thanks to me you'll get to live the life you've always wanted! 7 months ahead of schedule at that!" Odin said. To him this was just a way to waste time, a game they played.

"Worry not Aaron, the world we'll send you to is one of cultivators! Where one can soar the skies, tear down mountains, and boil the seas! It's a world of adventure! A world that you dreamed of !", said Athena as if trying to make him feel better.

'..well I'm already dead so there' no point in overthinking this', Aaron thought. However, he couldn't hide the excitement that he felt in his heart. Cultivators! A cultivation world!

"For my two wishes can I get anything I want?", Aaron asked.

"As long as it's within the rules." Responded Odin

"How about 2 separate Devil fruit powers? You know? From One Piece", Aaron asked. He always loved one piece and now he had an opportunity to get the two abilities he always dreamed of. Although he wasn't sure if they knew what One Piece was

"No problem, which ones?" Odin responded

'Yes!!!!' Aaron yelled in his heart. He already knew which ones he wanted!

"Done" Odin responded.

All of a sudden Aaron felt two separate energies enter his body. Even without understanding how he knew that he had just gained both of those Devil fruits.

"But wait...There's more!", Athena suddenly said.

"What do you mean by this Athena?" asked Odin

"Well, since you killed him ahead of time I thought it was only fair to give him 1 more wish, of course it'll be from me so don't worry"

"Do what you want but remember I'm still 10 points ahead of you."

While listening to the two speak Aaron wasn't sure how to feel.

'To think ,they would speak so casually about my murder!' , He felt frustrated but when he thought that he would obtain one more wish he was able to calm down. If only just a little.

"So, what's you're last wish?", asked Athena.

Just as he was about to speak, Aaron quickly realized that he didn't know what he wanted

Wealth? Women? More Power? No, this didn't feel right. Finally he came to decision while thinking, 'why not?'.

"Make me handsome, criminally handsome. I want to outshine the Sun, Moon and Stars!" he said unashamedly. Since he was going to reincarnate, 'Might as well treat this as a new life', he thought! He wasn't bad looking before, one might say he was above average but since he was given this final wish why not.

"....Hahaha!" Athena didn't know how to respond at first but shortly afterwards she started laughing.

"No problem, I'll make you most handsome man in the Stellar Void. Alright, with that it's time for you to be on your way" she said.

Just as Aaron was about to ask where he would be sent, he felt something pulling him then without warning everything around him flashed white. It was so bright that he thought he would go blind so he closed his "eyes". Afterwards he felt as if he was falling however there was no fear, only curiosity and excitement!

After he left, Athena and Odin still remained.

"Do you think we should have told him?" asked Athena

"It's fine, anyway lets get back to our affairs. I have my eye on another one hehehe" Odin said. He always viewed mortals as just a way to enjoy himself.

"But with those abilities he asked for he won't be able to cultivate Qi"

"It's fine, the abilities he asked for are quite potent, he should be alright. I'll be taking me leave now" Odin said as he vanished

"I suppose" said a Athena. She found Aaron's last request amusing but he probably didn't realize the problems it would bring him.

'Maybe I should help him' she thought, then as if she came to a decision she sent a beam of light in Aaron's direction.

"Hopefully this will help you." With that Athena also vanished.

When Aaron opened his eyes the first thing he saw was a bright blue sky. Just as he was about to stand a beam of white light came shooting down at him.

'Holy shit! It's coming right at me! Am I going to die again!?' He cursed his luck and tried to evade, but the light was too fast. Before he could even respond it had pierced his skull. However, the pain he was expecting never came. Just as he was about to sit up a he heard a voice.
