8 007 - Ni Tian

Our protagonist, curious about the situation of the girl, quietly follows the group.

It didn't take long until the 5 shadows, now identified by Lei Ao as women, caught up to the injured girl.

"It's futile, you can't escape your fate!", Shouted one of the five women. "Come back with us, the dean is waiting for you."

The injured girl was full of reluctance, she clenched her teeth and shouted back, "No way in hell I'm going back! There's no hope for me there! You guys just want to sell me off! It would be better if I just ended myself than marry that bastard!"

'Oooh, this is quite the show.' Thought Lei An, spectating from one of the bushes. He used to read these cliché types of stories back on Earth. He knew exactly what was going to happen. First, she would refuse going back with the ladies, then she would be ganged up on, fail to fight off against them and yours truly, Lei Ao, would come and save the day. 'Hehehe.' Laughed Lei Ao from the bushes, he was very expectant of what would happen.

Lei Ao took a closer look at the injured woman. She had long white hair reaching to her butt, with a slender figure adorning white garments, perfectly fitting for her white hair. Her jade-like skin glowed under the moonlight, creating an enchanting aura around her. 'No wonder she is being forced to marry, such a gorgeous woman is rare, even almost unheard of back on Earth!' Thought Lei Ao, while observing the situation.

As he was watching, the 5 women start to approach the injured girl. "Don't blame us, we were ordered to bring you back!", Shouted another one of the 5 women.

Lei Ao, stood thrilled at the action he was about to see. Back on Earth Lei Ao was always enjoyed watching some action, nothing had changed here, in the Nine Heavens.

Swoosh!

'The fight started!', Glared Lei Ao, getting ready to help at any notice.

The five assailants all wore the same clothing, they wore deep blue robes, probably belonging to the same sect. One had short hair, one was chubby, the other had a snake-like face, the other had a crooked nose, and the final one possessed big breasts.

The one who had attacked was the girl with a snake-like face, she dashed forward, drew her daggers dripping with a green substance and stabbed towards the white-haired girl.

The white-haired girl avoided the strike and proceeded to throw a palm towards the attacker, missing by an inch, only fluttering the hair of her foe. A volley of palms then descended on the snake-faced girl, it was obvious to see the white-haired girl was stronger. But what the snake-faced girl lacked in strength she made up in allies.

The other girls began to approach her, the chubby girl dashed in sync with the snake-faced girl punching towards her left, forcing her to dodge backwards, where the snake-faced girl was attacking. The white-haired girl twisted her body around, barely avoiding the dagger, and kicked the chubby girl straight on the hip.

"Hugh..."

'She's not doing too bad isn't she...', Lei Ao observed. She was obviously very talented in fighting by how she kept barely avoiding the enemy's strikes.

The girl with big breasts and the one with a crooked nose both began their attacks against the white-haired girl, forcing her into a 1v4. The coordinated attacks of the group forced the white-haired girl to take multiple hits.

'I guess this is her limit', Lei Ao observes, he then catches a glimpse of the short-haired girl drawing her bow, ready to take a shot. She aimed and waited for the moment her allies backed away from the girl for a clear shot.

Then, the 5 girls all stepped backwards.

Woosh!

The arrow was launched.

A smile rose on the lips of the short-haired girl, only to realise the arrow she just shot did not hit her target. It didn't hit anything. Someone had appeared and grabbed her arrow mid-air after having travelled only a few meters.

The girl looks at the person who caught her arrow. The person was a man. A man with short ashen hair, barely covering his eyes, he had deep blue sapphire eyes that stare straight into her soul, his physique could be seen through his clothes as if he had gone and worn a size too short. The short-haired girl was taken aback by the sheer handsomeness of this person, his deep chiselled jawline, his defined nose and lips, it was as if he came straight out of a painting. The short-haired girl then looked back into his eyes. His deathly expression as he stared at the girl forced her to take a step back.

The short hair girl shouts "Someone's here!", Instantly, the attention of the group shifts focus from the white-haired girl to the man who appeared out of nowhere. They all become shocked as they look at him. They had never seen someone like that before.

The white-haired girl, heavily injured from the previous fight looks up and stares at the man. She wonders if the man is going to help her. 'Maybe, if it's him... maybe' her eyes focus on the back of the man.

"Hoho, sorry for intruding on your fun here.", The man smiles.

The girls answer back, "Leave us alone, this has nothing to do with you! We come by the orders of the dean of the Everlasting Sect, get in our way and you will suffer the consequences!"

Annoyed Lei Ao answers back "And what of it? I always hated that sect anyway, worst case I'll kill you and run away from this place"

"You! You will regret this!" Shouts the snake-faced girl.

"Hahaha..." Lei Ao laughs.

Bam!

He dashes straight towards the short-haired girl and activates the 'Seven Fists of the Tiger'. Punching her face straight off its neck. A headless corpse is left spewing blood into the air as it staggers down.

Lei Ao then looks back at the 4 girls left. He smiles.

The girls flinch and take a step back. They couldn't see him move! He was too fast!

'Second fist, Nimble Strike!'

Lei An accelerates towards the big breasted girl.

Bam! Another headless corpse, the body was sent spiralling backwards, Lei Ao turned left and grabbed the snake-faced girl who stood paralysed with fear and ripped her neck off her body, pulling out the spine along with it, blood splashing onto Lei Ao's face.

Not wasting any time, Lei An activates the 'Breath of the White Tiger', with his accelerated speed and power he appears to instantly teleport to the chubby girl punching through her stomach, he then grabs her face with his left hand and slams into the ground, flattening her face.

He then reappears next to the girl with the crooked nose and says while smiling, "Byebye".

He then grabs her face with both hands and presses it together. Killing her instantly.

Lei Ao, now covered with blood, turns around to look at the white-haired girl.

He smiles, "What's your name?"

The white-haired girl looks over nervously, "N..Ni Tian."
