7 006 - Mysterious Girl
After Lei Ao ingested the pill, his gathering of qi increased 10 fold. The fog in the area thickened until you could barely make out objects 5 meters in front of you.
Lei Ao stood in the centre of the fog, his body exuding a faint glow. He continuously nourished his body with the surrounding qi. Going in order of the breathing manual: Bones, Muscles, Viscera, Heart and Blood.
Only when one had strong bones, could have strong muscle with vast power, otherwise, the bones would shatter. Only with strong viscera could one have good foundations. Only with a strong heart, can one pump enough powerful blood around the body. Only with strong blood, could one execute immense power.
Hence, he began to strengthen his bones, destroying them and rebuilding them in the process. Lei Ao had entered a trance like state only perceiving his absorption of qi, not being aware of the pain he would have been in.
Slowly, hours passed and Lei Ao had officially entered the next stage, he was now strengthening his muscles, qi that had entered through his meridians began to nourish his muscles.
If someone were to look at Lei Ao, they would be able to see the visible changes in his muscles, growing thicker and leaner as time passed.

A shadow could be seen jumping from tree to tree, leaving a faint trail of blood behind.
The jumping continued, one could guess the shadow was being chased by someone or something.

The effect of the 'Qi Absorption Pill' was wearing off, Lei Ao was slowly exiting his trance-like state. The faint glow that he exuded was slowly beginning to fade away.
Lei Ao carefully opened his eyes.
He noticed that the fog around him was beginning to disappear. Then he went and checked his body. He felt powerful, he had completed two stages of the Body Nourishing realm under the effects of the pill.
Lei Ao stood up.

The additional strength his legs had led him to stand up too fast, and after continuously sitting down for multiple hours standing up caused him to become dizzy and slightly lose vision.

As he was walking towards the camp he suddenly heard the sound of footsteps above him. Focusing on his enhanced vision he noticed the moving shadow was an injured girl. Right after she passed him, 5 shadows quickly pursued the girl.
