30 Mutation And Creation Of New King Piece

Hearing the scream of the boy who is sitting in front of them, the four Satans and the Archangel started frowning. And it didn't merely stop with that. The situation of the bystanders was even worse. Rias literally shivering on the spot. This all was not just by the screams of the boy, the aura spilling out of him made even the faction leaders present feel a tiny bit of threat from him. So the situation for the bystanders can be understood.

"You should have told of his situation before the ritual began Michael. We can understand the boy's foolishness since we cannot expect him to think clear and calm in any situation as an adult. But why didn't you say that he gained a purer version of Holy power from the System? You do know that the grade of the Holy power he has is a level higher than your own right! Now he has not just that but also the purer version of four Satans and of which two are super Devils and the other two who are infinitely close to that level. This just made the Devil power he gained at the same level the System granted him. If either one was of the lower tier, the other would be swallowed up and the reigning one would have been the only one present, but now we can do nothing about the boy. Its all left in his hands now and we don't have Draig to know about the changes happening in there now."

Saying so Sirzechs took out his displeasure on the archangel present. Well, it was understandable that just when the red dragon emperor for the first time decided to join the Devil side, the situation of the said became unknown.

Though all this going outside and everyone was thinking that something worse had happened to Ben and which also affected Draig which made him cut off from the world, the actual situation happening in there was entirely different. Though it was true that something entirely unexpected was happening. When the two Holy and Devil powers started fusing with the dragon power enhanced by his qi, a mutation occurred and his dragon power in between them started devouring the two powers crazily becoming entirely a new kind of energy altogether and changing the entire layout of his dantian. Before this, there were three large lakes in the form of reservoirs at three different and random places. But now all the powers present in him started moving to form a diamond shape with each of his individual powers at each one corner and the mutated energy at the centre of the diamond with lines connecting all the powers with another. This made sure that the mutated energy never runs out and it also started settling as a lake in the centre.

This was not the only change happening. In his consciousness realm, Draig who was a majestic dragon got covered in a cocoon which seemed to pulse every now and then. Apparently undergoing a change inexplicable. Due to Ben being influenced by the dragon aura released by the boosted gear, he gained few properties from it the obvious being his mutated high-density skeleton. But the main idea behind this ritual was to mutate Ben by exposing him to high purity demonic power and turning into a quasi Devil to be capable of withstanding the energy given by the King piece. But now such a turn of events were taking place, no one wanted to take risks so they didn't give him the King piece.

"Ajuka-san, I just got the message from the System and it told you guys to give Ben-Kun the piece and I will give out a Holy sword which we will embed in him to sustain his life. Don't ask the reasons because even I don't know why."

Saying so Michael retrieved the Holy sword which came out from the magic circle just after he finished speaking and unhesitatingly went towards the boy and placed the sword pint on his glabella which was instantly sucked inside of him.

Seeing this though he faltered for a second, Ajuka steeled himself and went to the boy.

"Lord Gremory, I want your help here for a bit."

Hearing that Zeoticus went unhesitatingly to him and following Ajuka's instruction, he placed the King piece on the boy's chest which similar to the sword got disappeared into him.

When the two items inside Ben reached his consciousness realm, the King piece which looked like a normal chess King piece influenced by the mutated energy got mutated itself and turned into a miniature King like purplish black sculpture. The crimson-coloured Holy sword on the other hand also turned into a miniature form of itself and went into the hands of the sculpture and settled in its hand. When this happened, the whole piece turned bright purple gold in colour with a crimson sword in hand sprouting a pair of wings which seemed to a dragon's and same purple gold in colour. If anyone now saw the King piece, they would not think that it was mutated from two different entities but a single entity formed in that shape.

When this process completed inside, outside Ben who kept screaming his lungs out, suddenly hunched his back where two lumps of flesh tore out of his shirt and suddenly bones stated coming out from those lumps of flesh which was immediately followed by muscles and tendons and a lastly covered by the skin which has taken the color of the wings on the now mutated King piece which is the purple-gold and alternated between white, purple and crimson and finally settled on crimson after which Ben's wings got retracted into him and Ben fell unconscious.

Seeing this everyone stupefied and afraid that something happened to Ben and immediately Zeoticus went to him scooped in his arms and headed to the exit which was followed by everyone else. When he was outside the room, Zeoticus, immediately cast the teleportation magic circle into which everyone hopped into and went to the Gremory castle. He was settled in a room and immediately a doctor came on the call of Venelana Gremory and checked his condition.

"There is nothing to fear about the boy's condition. He is just exhausted due to his over consumption of his power. However, I found the energy circulating in him to be quite odd! That felt similar to the Devil power but also contained hints of other unidentifiable powers in him which hic…"

As he was speaking he suddenly felt a heavy aura boring on him. To which he turned to find that it was Grafiya who was pressuring him and all other people present who were totally upper echelon of the Devil society had a frowning expression which scared him only to find in the room there is a person garbed in gold and white who was making him feel dread which was different kind of dread than the one he was used to facing from the other high-class Devils but the kind of which seemed like a natural opposite to him.

"Dr Feran, you will not speak to anyone about what you have seen in hear. Do I make myself clear?"

Hearing Sirzechs threat, he felt his sweat drop and hurriedly nodded while he escaped from the room. When he thought he reached a safe distance from the Gremory castle, he immediately formed a communication type magic circle and spoke,

"Great King, I found something unbelievable in the Gremory castle. A boy who had a mutated Devil type of energy in him and a likely An…..Aaaaaaaah"

By the time he was informed about the angel he saw, he got his heat penetrated by an icicle and killed.

"I don't like rats ratting out my master's house", saying so Grafiya who finished her job went back to the room in which Ben was placed through teleportation and informed about the success of the mission.

"Good job Grafiya. Now I relive you of your duty for today. You can go tend to little Melicus along and take Rias with and train her", said Venelana.

"Thank you mother, I will do so and Riaslets get going. Don't expect to skip a day's training", said Grafiya.

"Hiiiic…", making a frightened voice Riasturned towards her brother to plead help from him who just turned his head to another side from guilt of not being able to help his little sister which caused Rias to despair even more and after a bit of self-struggle, resigned herself to fate and walked out of the room alongside Grafiya.
