"Wake up Ben, it's already morning and it's not a good habit sleeping in", saying that his mother tried waking him up but hearing no response, she opened the door only to witness a horrifying scene of Ben lying on the floor unconscious and a few dried blood spots.

A scream which was loud enough to be heard all through the street akin to a siren was heard. Hearing that scream, Joseph rushed to his son's room only to find it disturbing. Though even he was scared, he immediately calmed down and first checked the condition of Ben and when he found no particular danger, he turned toward Shizuka and tried calming her down. Once that was done, he picked up their son and rushed to the nearby hospital immediately and got a doctor to check up on him. When they heard that there was nothing g dangerous happening to their son and he was just sleeping, only then did their raging hearts calm down. Ben woke only when it around the noon and couldn't actually figure out where he was and after asking Draig about what happened did he come to know about the events happened during this morning. Knowing the present precarious position he was in, he dared not show that he was awake to his parents and instead he conversed mentally with Draig about how to escape this situation.
