2 Chapter 1

Yin Zheng slowly opened his eyes after having been unconscious for who knows how long, he had a splitting headache but still forced himself to sit up and take a look at his surroundings.

The first thing that caught his eye was the huge amounts of treasures scattered on the floor it was like a pool and on top of the treasures lied a creature so big Yin Zheng couldn't see the end of its body, most kids at the age of Yin Zheng probably would have peed their pants and cried for their parents right now however Yin Zheng was unusually calm as if this was a normal occurrence.

"Wake up you lazy pig" shouted Yin Zheng, and as if startled awake the huge beast's eyes snapped open releasing blinding golden light the best even after waking up didn't move but just continued staring at Yin Zheng. Yin Zheng slowly stood up then looked at the beast "you should have picked me up more gently just because I wanted to trick the elders doesn't mean I want you to smack me unconscious" said Yin Zheng right now he didn't look anything like a 12 year old boy but looked like an angry king who had lived for countless years.

"Ummm, I didn't mean to hit you so hard I swear I just wanted to make it more believable." Said the dragon looking a bit aggrieved,"sighh fine but next time if we do something like this you shouldn't hit me so hard." Thought Yin Zheng.

The dragon was Gongsun Li daughter of the Dragon king Gongsun Yu. 6 years ago while wandering around the mountains Yin Zheng had met Gongsun Li who was crying because she was lost so he had helped her back home and thus the 2 became best friends.

The 2 had been coming up with a plan to run away far away together for a very long time and they had just started the plan 2 weeks ago by helping Gongsun Li escape home. And now it was Yin Zheng's turn to escape, ever since he was young Yin Zheng always felt like he was different from the others he couldn't tell how but he knew he was different.

2 years ago when Grandma had given him the jade with the "Yin" character carved upon it and finding out that he was not from the village shocked him but it also awoke something in him which Yin Zheng himself couldn't explain. And thus this ridiculous plan of running away was formed.
