Spirit Valley

As they were flying across the sky, Xuan Hao suddenly remembered that Qing Yi had managed to defeat Bai Fei, which the system called a low-tier young master.

The system had not given him any notifications or anything after it had happened and the black robed man from the Black Rose Sect attacked as well, causing Xuan Hao to forget about the new system feature.

"Qing Yi, what happened to the Bai family's corpses after I went to hunt down the man from the Black Rose Sect?" Remembering that the corpses of the Bai family were already gone when he returned, Xuan Hao asked curiously, he really wanted to know if Qing Yi managed to "loot" the low-tier young master Bai Fei.

"After you left, we cleaned up the venue and took anything of value from the Bai family!" Directly admitting to looting the dead body of the Bai family's people, Qing Yi proudly told Xuan Hao about her deeds.

"… Did you get anything… Good?" Xuan Hao smiled awkwardly as he looked at the proud expression on his disciple's face.

Hopefully, she would not end up running around looting random corpses… If that really happened, Xuan Hao had no idea how people would view him, the teacher, if that really happened.

"Hm… We did not really find anything interesting other than a few artifacts… Ah! There was this ring that I found on Bai Fei, want to see it?!" Seemingly thinking about it for a moment, Qing Yi suddenly got excited as she took out a ring from a small pocket in her robe and gave it over to Xuan Hao.

"This is…?" Inspecting the ring, Xuan Hao tried sending a bit of his divine sense into the ring and see what kind of reward his disciple had managed to pick up.

"Hello young one, I'm a great Divine Moon Immortal, I can teach you about-"

Woosh~

"AH! Master! Why did you throw the ring away?!" Qing Yi cried out as she suddenly saw Xuan Hao use all of his strength to throw the ring that she handed him far away.

"…"

Xuan Hao did not answer and instead just stared quietly in the direction that he had thrown the ring.

How dangerous! He had encountered the rumoured "random expert stuck in a ring", if he was not careful and acted immediately his disciple might be taken away from him!

"Hah… That ring was dangerous, there was some evil demon sealed inside of it! Better get rid of it before anything bad happens!" Looking at his confused disciple, Xuan Hao shook his head as he explained to her with a serious look.

"I see…" Qing Yi had a slightly doubting expression on her face as she slightly narrowed her eyes while looking up at Xuan Hao.

At the same time Xuan Hao threw the ring far into the distance, Bai Hua, who had left the Bright Sun City to journey the world was walking slowly forward.

"Hah… Where will I even go from now on? I used all my time in the past looking after the Bai family… Well, I might as well start going north! Auch!" As Bai Hua was talking to himself, he was suddenly hit by something as he raised his hand to hold the place on his head where he was hit.

"What in the world was that!?" caressing the area on his head, Bai Hua lowered his head and looked at the ring that was laying on the ground in front of him.

"Hello young one…" As he touched the ring, Bai Hua heard a voice enter his head and his formerly depressed look slowly turned into one filled with joy.

Looks like luck is finally with him!

As they continued flying through the sky, Xuan Hao and Qing Yi saw many interesting things, though not that much different from what they had seen on the way to the Bright Sun City.

"Master what is that!?" As they quietly flew through the air, Qing Yi suddenly called out to Xuan Hao as she pointed in a direction to the side of them with her hand.

Xuan Hao was also curious as he turned around and looked at the place where Qing Yi pointed.

"Ah, a spirit valley." The place where Qing Yi had pointed was a place known as a spirit valley. Normally finding such a place could be considered hard as they were quite rare.

The spirit valley to the side of them that Qing Yi had pointed out was not that big and the spirit herbs that could be found there would most likely not be above Earth Grade and would mostly only be Mortal Grade.

"A spirit valley?" Tilting her head slightly to the side upon hearing the name, Qing Yi questioningly looked up at Xuan Hao, wondering what a spirit valley was.

"Ah, a spirit valley is normally a place where the qi between heaven and earth is denser than normal. The place is filled with all kinds of herbs, trees, rivers and can be considered quite a beautiful place… Want to go down and take a look?" Trying his best to describe what it was, Xuan Hao decided that it might be better to just go down there and show her, it would be easier to understand and they would be able to get a small break as well.

"Yes!" Qing Yi answered immediately as she clearly felt her spirit of exploration beckoning for her to go down there and explore the spirit valley.

"Haha." Laughing slightly to himself upon seeing the excited look on Qing Yi's face, Xuan Hao slowly steered the sword towards the spirit valley as both of them soon landed besides a river flowing through the valley.

The river was filled to the brim with all kinds of fish. Xuan Hao did not relax for a second as he used his cultivation to quickly catch a few of them to eat, as Qing Yi curiously inspected the area they landed.

Whoosh

A fire quickly appeared in Xuan Hao's hands as some wood from a nearby tree slowly broke down and built up a small campfire in front of him.

Soon an intoxicating aroma spread out from the campfire as Xuan Hao slowly grilled the fish he had caught over the fire.

Qing Yi on the other hand did not act as laid back as her master and instead left the small area under the agreement of Xuan Hao, to further explore the spirit valley.

After all, it was just a relatively low quailty spirit valley. Nothing too precious would appear, meaning there would not be much danger present.

Daily chapter is a bit delayed as your dear author needs a bath and food... xD
