Crystallization

Everyone has mana, some just have it more than others. There’s a hierarchy here, if your mana is below 10000, you are a peasant, if you’re in the upper 10300-13500 you’re a mid tier, 13800-16000 you’re a high tier, any number bigger than 16000 is S-class. S-classes(or Noons, they call them) are hunted down secretly by the king in order to keep the hierarchy in place and keep him in power. Some Noons are brainwashed into the police force, others join the multitude of gangs and organizations, the rest go about with their lives, trying not to get killed over a number. Oh, and just because their number is big, doesn’t mean they know how to use it. As the king fights petty civil war with his own people, the demon queen prepares to end his whole kingdom.
