8 Chapter 8: The First Meeting

"Attention Crystal Pack young and old!" SilverCrystal called. They all ran into the meeting den and all sat down next to each other. After everyone else came into the den, SilverCrystsl said, "I now realize that I made a mustake, as rune three of the Warrior Code says, warriors can only have one apprentice at a time. So I am very sorry Winter, but you can no longer be a mentor to SorrelPaw. I have taken my time to think of the perfect warrior for this job. Icey, you are ready for your first apprentice. I expect you to pass on everything SnowTuft taught you and make her the best warrior you can. We will head to The Forest Of Silverpelt shortly, if you are coming, head over to the camp enterance! Meeting ended!" Everyone gathered by the camp enterance except Frost and the pups, but then WhiteStorm stepped away from the group and went to the nursery to stay with his mate she was guessing. Their leader walked into the front of the group and they started into the forest. They walked to the center of the forest to find that they were the first group there.

"The meeting is tonight, isn't it?" Asked SorrelPaw.

"Yes it is!" FrostNight, the leader of Night Pack said.

SilverCrystal said, "Hello FrostNight! Great to see you!"

FrostNight said, "It is good to see you too SilverCrystal!"

SnowFlake said, "Hi TuckerFlight, who did FrostNight choose to be her new deputy?"

TuckerFlight said, "Me actually!"

SnowFlake said, "That's great, so how do you like it so far?"

TuckerFlight said, "Well so far it's good but-"

"Attention all!" ScarBlood ordered. "Let's get this over with! Blood Pack has not changed since last moon."

Frost Night said, "I have made my new deputy TuckerFlight, and we have three new pups."

SilverCrystal took a step forward after FrostNight had finished and said, "As for Cryatal Pack, we are all doing great, we have two new apprentices who are both here with us tonight, FreezePaw, who is mentered by SnowFlake, and SorrelPaw, who is mentored by Icey, who has just returned this morning. We also have two new pups, who are back at camp being taken care of by Frost and WhiteStorm. These two pups are the sisters of FreezePaw and SorrelPaw."

ScarBlood started to say something but SnowFlake didn't hear him because she saw ShockrimPaw sneaking out of the meeting area. She walked over to him and asked, "Where do you think you are going?"

"Oh me? I was going to get something to eat, I haven't eaten all day!" ShockrimPaw replied.

SnowFlake understood his reasoning and said, "Well you are going to have to wait until we get back to camp, I believe the meeting is ending now!"

All three leaders said in union, "Meeting ended!"

All the packs separated and went back to their camps.
